[Abstract]:Electronic components are the smallest components of electronic products. Their progress and development come from the backward demand of the development of electronic information industry, at the same time, it promotes the continuous development of electronic industry. With the rapid development of military, industrial and consumer electronic products, and the regional industrial division of labor caused by global integration, the electronic components industry in China has been rapidly developed. At present, China's electronic components industry has not only made remarkable progress, but also accounted for a considerable proportion in the world. According to statistics, China's semiconductor sales revenue has accounted for the global 14.8. As the most important link in the supply chain of electronic components, distributors play an important role both in the allocation of supply and demand of components and in the rapid dissemination of market information. In the distribution market of electronic components in China, there are not only large foreign powerful companies, such as original factory, authorized agent, catalog distributor, spot trader, but also a large number of local distributors, small traders and so on. In the face of fierce competition, these distributors are actively looking for a new business growth model. O2O, as a new business model that integrates online and offline resources after e-commerce, has become a new development model of network operators. Its impact is not only in the face of the final consumer industry, but has penetrated into various industries. Especially in the electronic component distribution industry, O _ 2O mode has become the preferred mode for companies to seek new ways of survival and development. By combing the history and development of electronic components and their distribution industry, this paper points out that O _ 2O mode is the best mode of electronic component distribution nowadays. Furthermore, the external competitive environment of U Company is analyzed by Porter's five Force Analysis method, and the market orientation of O _ 2O mode of U Company is determined by comparative analysis. Based on the theory of O _ 2O platform mode elements, this paper analyzes the business, customer, platform construction, logistics and service elements of U Company one by one, and points out the problems of U Company in these elements. And further analysis U company in the development of O _ 2O platform mode, the responsibilities of each department adjustment, human security situation. Finally, by comparing and analyzing the sales volume, gross profit and the growth of the above two indexes, the paper draws a conclusion that the development of O _ 2O model in U Company has a great prospect. Finally, in view of the problems found in the process of analyzing the O2O model of U Company, the paper proposes to perfect the construction of the platform, adjust the functions of the department to meet the needs of the development of the O2O model, strengthen the human security work, and strengthen the bilateral construction of the platform.
