【摘要】：開展電子商務(wù)對企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展日益重要,而離開了合適的電子商務(wù)人才,企業(yè)就不能在電子商務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和戰(zhàn)術(shù)執(zhí)行上有所突破。人才供給不足會嚴重制約了企業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,也會造成這一地區(qū)電子商務(wù)整體發(fā)展緩慢,進而影響經(jīng)濟運行質(zhì)量。如何從企業(yè)開展電子商務(wù)的實際需要出發(fā),開展實用性的電子商務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)勢在必行。
[Abstract]:It is more and more important to carry out electronic commerce for the survival and development of enterprises, but without suitable talents of electronic commerce, enterprises can not make a breakthrough in the strategic planning and tactical implementation of electronic commerce. The shortage of talent supply will seriously restrict the development of enterprise electronic commerce, and will cause the whole development of electronic commerce in this area to be slow, and then affect the quality of economic operation. It is imperative to develop practical e-commerce talents training according to the actual needs of enterprises to carry out e-commerce.
