【摘要】：靈石是山西核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)的主要發(fā)展基地,近年來隨著核桃種植面積不斷擴(kuò)大,進(jìn)入盛果期的核桃樹逐年增多,核桃產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)步上升,隨之而來的是靈石縣核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在營銷方面存在的問題卻日益凸顯。本文針對靈石縣核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以近年來靈石縣農(nóng)林業(yè)普查結(jié)果以及靈石縣核桃園區(qū)、合作社、核桃加工企業(yè)、電子商務(wù)公司等的調(diào)查走訪數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例分析法和調(diào)查研究法對靈石縣核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀與問題、必要性和緊迫性以及對策建議等四方面進(jìn)行了分析與思考,為靈石縣核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)的大跨步發(fā)展和農(nóng)民增收致富提供了理論支撐。本研究取得的主要結(jié)論如下：1.靈石縣核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)存在的主要問題：果農(nóng)對電子商務(wù)的認(rèn)識不足、核桃產(chǎn)品單一、核桃產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)良莠不齊、核桃新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)落后、電商人才短缺、政府對電商扶持力度不夠的問題。2.靈石縣核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的對策建議：一是有針對性地加強(qiáng)針對核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)帶頭人的電子商務(wù)培訓(xùn);二是加快核桃產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)化進(jìn)程,為核桃電商品牌升級提供優(yōu)質(zhì)貨源保障;三是加快引進(jìn)核桃深加工研發(fā)技術(shù)和項(xiàng)目,提升核桃電商競爭優(yōu)勢；四是加快建立一個(gè)由各行業(yè)優(yōu)秀人才組成的專家型人才庫；五是加大政府的扶持力度,實(shí)施“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+精準(zhǔn)扶貧”新模式。
[Abstract]:Lingshi is the main development base of walnut industry in Shanxi. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of walnut planting area, walnut trees have increased year by year, and the yield of walnut has steadily increased. Followed by the Lingshi County walnut industry development in marketing problems are increasingly prominent. This paper aims at the present situation of walnut industry development in Lingshi County, based on the results of agricultural and forestry census in Lingshi County in recent years and the survey and visit data of walnut parks, cooperatives, walnut processing enterprises and e-commerce companies in Lingshi County. This paper analyzes and ponders the present situation and problems, necessity and urgency of walnut industry development in Lingshi County, as well as the countermeasures and suggestions, using the literature research method, case analysis method and investigation research method. It provides theoretical support for the development of walnut industry in Lingshi County and the increase of farmers' income. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The main problems in the development of E-commerce in walnut industry in Lingshi County are: the fruit farmers' understanding of e-commerce is insufficient, the walnut products are single, the quality of walnut products is uneven, the research and development of new walnut products is backward, and the electric merchants are short. Government support for e-commerce problem. 2. 2. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of walnut industry in Lingshi County are as follows: first, to strengthen the training for walnut industry leaders; second, to speed up the optimization process of walnut products, and to provide high quality supply guarantee for the upgrading of walnut electronic commodity brand. Third, to speed up the introduction of research and development technologies and projects for the deep processing of walnuts, and to enhance the competitive advantage of walnut e-commerce; fourth, to speed up the establishment of an expert pool of talented people from various industries; and fifth, to increase government support. The implementation of the "Internet precision poverty alleviation" new model.
