基于服務(wù)設(shè)計理念的B2C電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站設(shè)計與開發(fā)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, many B2C e-commerce websites, which we are very familiar with, have been active in our field of vision, and have become an indispensable way of shopping, which has resulted in the gradual improvement of its benefits. Internet competition is becoming more and more intense. Every B2C ecommerce website tries its best to get a big score in the whole market share and try to increase its sales as much as possible, but the effect is very unsatisfactory. At the same time, in recent years, with the concept of "people-oriented" and "user experience" gradually received widespread attention, users are enjoying the service, but also pay more and more attention to the shopping experience. In order to increase the sales volume of each website as much as possible, to make the website survive and develop well in the fierce competition, we need to simulate every consumer's consumption flow from the perspective of the website consumer. Fundamentally improve user satisfaction with the site, so that it can survive in a world of fierce competition. In this case, we study the traditional B2C e-commerce website again, comply with the concept of service design, and do our best to cater to the users. In the design of this website, in order to better demonstrate the concept of service design, we need to put ourselves in the role of consumers, experience the entire consumption process, from which we can feel every detail. Each action caused by psychological changes, feel the whole process they want to get the most what kind of service. Through the summary of their psychological and behavioral changes, to find the most important node in the process of consumption. Then, all the most important nodes are resimulated, and the design and implementation are fundamentally changed to improve the consumer's user experience, so as to achieve the effect of increasing the sales volume and turnover of the website. Through the use of UML visual modeling tool in all stages of system analysis and design, the system model is built from multiple perspectives, which provides a very detailed reference for the programming of the system. We use JAVA language to continue to twist the front end of the related implementation. MySQL database because of its many advantages become the preferred database of the site, greatly ensuring the security and integrity of the data. Supported by the concept of service design, the website realized in this paper is a B2C e-commerce website with strong affinity and high sales volume, which makes our website develop well in this big environment and increase the economic benefit for merchants.
