常熟農(nóng)商銀行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著金融業(yè)和電子商務(wù)的興起,電子金融這幾年呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展之勢,各大商業(yè)銀行也越來越重視銀行業(yè)務(wù)的電子商務(wù)化,大量的新客戶應(yīng)運而生,對電子銀行的多層需求不斷擴大。但目前的商業(yè)銀行,特別是在金融改革的洪流中區(qū)域化的中小商業(yè)銀行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展緩慢,服務(wù)單一,遠不能滿足縣域人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L的銀行業(yè)務(wù)需求。面對內(nèi)憂外患,中小商業(yè)銀行未來的路怎么走?本文就以常熟農(nóng)商銀行而言,深入剖析電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,有針對性的提出未來發(fā)展的方向,常熟農(nóng)商銀行能否在此環(huán)境中保持區(qū)域競爭力,電子銀行化改革迫在眉睫。如何提高區(qū)域銀行的競爭能力?我們發(fā)現(xiàn)在解決過程中存在的效率、成本、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、硬件能力等諸多方面的問題,面對激烈的市場競爭和形形色色的先進的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子銀行,區(qū)域化商業(yè)銀行往往感到無從下手也力不從心,這里面包括銀行和銀行,銀行和第三方互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付公司,銀行和消費者等錯綜復雜的關(guān)系。在這些問題面前我們是不是束手無策了呢?顯然不是,中國人在現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的發(fā)展中向來善于借鑒和改進,外資銀行有一套精益的管理理念、科學的方法與理論,他們在電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)方面早于我們,優(yōu)于我們,另外在本國內(nèi)第三方支付公司憑借著自身先進的社交圈逐漸改變了人們的生活習慣和支付方式,他們有著靈活多變的反應(yīng)速度,更貼近于市場,較為快速的蠶食著銀行的電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)。銀行業(yè)雖然多年來積攢了一定的資源,但已深陷危機。本文認為各商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)著手于在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上,以解決客戶金融需求為發(fā)展動力,離市場近點,靠消費者近點,在不失去本行業(yè)優(yōu)勢的前提下快速準確的提供可持續(xù)發(fā)展的電子銀行工具、金融方法與管理思想。充分改革消費者的金融生活習慣,增加客戶的體驗度。其實我們也不需要什么事都從頭開始,只要能在現(xiàn)狀上務(wù)實地改善,一步一步,持之以恒,積少成多,其成就將是驚人的。而互聯(lián)互通的今天,電子金融本身的特點是具有可模仿性卻不具有可復制性,也正是其獨特性加之銀行老大哥的反應(yīng)緩慢,這樣也就成就了許多電子商業(yè)公司,逐漸在市場競爭中占據(jù)了一席之地。所以任何一家銀行的電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)都可以有自己的特色,向著其本身企業(yè)文化的方向而發(fā)展,并且可以將他作為企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的一部分。因此,在研究好當今國內(nèi)外電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境下,可積極引進吸收國內(nèi)電子商業(yè)公司的技術(shù)優(yōu)點,并根據(jù)本行的環(huán)境特點加以本土化的靈活升級,最終通過市場檢驗不斷完善才能取得較為理想的效果,常熟農(nóng)商電子銀行作為區(qū)域金融的佼佼者,改革勢在必行,但在發(fā)展中面臨著很多的問題,本文深入分析以科學發(fā)展的態(tài)度希望能對區(qū)域化中小銀行電子金融化業(yè)務(wù)的理論研究做一點現(xiàn)實的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the rise of the financial industry and electronic commerce, electronic finance has been developing vigorously in recent years. The major commercial banks also pay more and more attention to the e-commerce of the banking business, and a large number of new customers emerge as the times require. The multi-tier demand for e-banking continues to grow. However, the current commercial banks, especially the regional small and medium-sized commercial banks in the current flood of financial reform, slow development of electronic banking services, the service is single, far from meeting the growing needs of the county people's banking business. In the face of internal and external problems, small and medium-sized commercial banks in the future how to go? In this paper, as far as Changshu Agricultural and Commercial Bank is concerned, the development of electronic banking business is deeply analyzed, and the direction of future development is pointed out. Whether Changshu Agricultural and Commercial Bank can maintain regional competitiveness in this environment, the reform of electronic banking is imminent. How to improve the competitiveness of regional banks? We found that in the process of solving the problems of efficiency, cost, service quality, hardware capability and so on, facing fierce market competition and various kinds of advanced Internet electronic banking, Regional commercial banks often feel powerless and powerless, including banks and banks, banks and third-party Internet payment companies, banks and consumers and other intricate relationships. Are we helpless in the face of these problems? Obviously not. The Chinese have always been good at learning and improving in the development of modern technology. Foreign banks have a set of lean management concepts, scientific methods and theories. They are ahead of us in electronic banking business and are superior to us. In addition, third-party payment companies in their own countries have gradually changed people's living habits and payment methods by virtue of their own advanced social circle. They have a flexible and changeable reaction speed and are closer to the market. More quickly eroding the bank's electronic banking business. Although the banking industry has accumulated some resources over the years, but has been in deep crisis. This paper believes that commercial banks should start on the basis of the existing, to solve the financial needs of customers for the development of power, close to the market, close to consumers, Provide sustainable electronic banking tools, financial methods and management ideas quickly and accurately without losing the advantages of the industry. Fully reform consumer's financial life habits, increase customer's experience degree. In fact, we do not need anything from scratch, as long as we can pragmatically improve the status quo, step by step, perseverance, add up, its achievements will be amazing. In today's interconnected world, electronic finance is characterized by its imitability but not its reproducibility. It is its uniqueness and the slow response of the big brother of the bank that has led to the success of many electronic commercial companies. Gradually took a place in the market competition. Therefore, any bank's electronic banking business can have its own characteristics and develop towards its own corporate culture, and it can be regarded as a part of the enterprise development strategy. Therefore, under the current domestic and foreign electronic banking business environment, we can actively introduce and absorb the technical advantages of domestic electronic commercial companies, and according to the environmental characteristics of our bank, we can make a flexible upgrade of localization. Finally, through market test, we can get more ideal results. As the leader of regional finance, Changshu Agricultural Commercial Electronic Bank is imperative to reform, but it faces a lot of problems in its development. This paper makes a deep analysis of the scientific development attitude and hopes to make some practical guiding significance for the theoretical research of electronic financialization of regional small and medium-sized banks.
