【摘要】：現(xiàn)代生活中人們追求自然的風(fēng)尚日趨流行,近年來藤編家具在家具行業(yè)地位越來越重要,可拆裝藤編家具也越來越受市場的重視。然而可拆裝藤編家具本身存在著許多問題,嚴(yán)重地影響產(chǎn)品的使用和發(fā)展。隨著電子商務(wù)的興起,需要對可拆裝藤編家具進行深入的分析和研究,使之能夠適應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)銷售趨勢,擴展藤編家具的市場和銷售渠道,提高產(chǎn)品銷量。本次研究搜集了大量國內(nèi)外拆裝方式和相關(guān)專利,對木家具、金屬家具、竹藤家具的結(jié)構(gòu)及連接方式進行研究。閱讀了藤編家具相關(guān)文獻,對藤編家具的造型要素、設(shè)計風(fēng)格和趨勢進行分析。通過用戶訪談了解用戶需要和使用環(huán)境,通過專業(yè)設(shè)計師和結(jié)構(gòu)的訪談了解設(shè)計要素和安全規(guī)則。研究總結(jié)出可拆裝藤編家具的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和連接規(guī)律,得出可拆裝藤編家具風(fēng)格的設(shè)計方向、功能的設(shè)計要點以及現(xiàn)代物流的規(guī)則。通過以上工作改良木質(zhì)家具和金屬家具的連接件,設(shè)計出新型的可拆裝藤編家具的連接件,應(yīng)用到實際的可拆裝藤編家具方案中,解決現(xiàn)在的問題,并設(shè)計出一套系列化產(chǎn)品能夠滿足不同用戶的需求。最后對實踐方案進行評估,實踐結(jié)果基本實現(xiàn)改進藤編家具的拆裝方式,提高拆裝效率。本文研究為可拆裝藤編家具的設(shè)計提供了新的設(shè)計理念,同時實現(xiàn)了系列化組裝,讓消費者積極參與到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的環(huán)節(jié)中去,為系列化設(shè)計提供了設(shè)計思路,增強了人與產(chǎn)品的互動性,有利于電商模式下產(chǎn)品的銷售和推廣,更有利于藤編家具適應(yīng)電商渠道的市場現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:In modern life, the fashion of pursuing nature is becoming more and more popular. In recent years, rattan furniture has become more and more important in the furniture industry, and the detachable rattan furniture has been paid more and more attention to by the market. However, there are many problems in detachable rattan furniture itself, which seriously affect the use and development of products. With the rise of electronic commerce, it is necessary to deeply analyze and study the detachable rattan furniture, so that it can adapt to the trend of Internet sales, expand the market and sales channels of rattan furniture, and increase the sales volume of the products. This study collected a large number of domestic and foreign disassembly methods and related patents, and studied the structure and connection of wood furniture, metal furniture and bamboo and rattan furniture. This paper analyzes the styling elements, design style and trend of rattan furniture. Through user interviews to understand user needs and use environment, through professional designers and structure interviews to understand design elements and security rules. This paper summarizes the structure characteristics and connection rules of the detachable rattan woven furniture, and obtains the design direction, function design points and modern logistics rules of the detachable rattan woven furniture style. Through the above work, the connectors of wood furniture and metal furniture are improved, and a new type of detachable rattan knitted furniture is designed, which is applied to the actual scheme of detachable rattan furniture to solve the present problems. And designed a series of products can meet the needs of different users. Finally, the practical scheme is evaluated, and the practical results basically realize the improvement of the disassembly and assembly of rattan furniture and improve the efficiency of disassembly and disassembly. This paper provides a new design idea for the design of detachable rattan woven furniture, and realizes serialized assembly, which makes consumers actively participate in product design, and provides design ideas for serialized design. It enhances the interaction between people and products, is beneficial to the sales and promotion of the products under the ecommerce mode, and is more conducive to the rattan furniture making to adapt to the current market situation of the ecommerce channels.
