YH集團向對俄跨境電商轉型研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)轉型勢在必行。在“互聯網+”時代,不同產業(yè)相繼出現從線下到線上的發(fā)展趨勢,傳統(tǒng)物流行業(yè)也不例外,“互聯網+物流”已成為新的發(fā)展模式,并將成為未來物流業(yè)的主要模式。目前,國內從事對俄物流運輸的企業(yè)達數百家,中俄跨境電子商務的火熱發(fā)展為中俄物流企業(yè)帶來了商機,也加劇了企業(yè)間的競爭,在這種大環(huán)境下,轉則活、轉則新、轉則興,快速實現企業(yè)轉型與創(chuàng)新成為生存之道。在這一背景下,YH集團作為一個物流企業(yè),同樣面臨著向對俄跨境電子商務轉型的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),本文以YH集團向跨境電子商務轉型為研究,通過分析我國跨境電子商務產業(yè)鏈和對俄跨境電商的發(fā)展中存在的主要問題為基礎,進一步分析YH集團發(fā)展跨境電子商務的內外部因素和環(huán)境,提出了YH集團發(fā)展跨境電子商務的商業(yè)模式,最終本文得到了以下研究結論:(1)YH集團發(fā)展對俄電子商務面臨的政策環(huán)境良好,但是經濟環(huán)境較差,主要原因在于俄羅斯經濟發(fā)展停止,匯率搖擺不定,俄羅斯居民消費水平受經濟發(fā)展影響出現一定的下滑;從內部而言,YH集團有業(yè)務和商業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢,但是同時也面臨電商人才不足的問題。(2)YH集團轉型電子商務的業(yè)務和服務主要集中在商業(yè)鏈條的兩端和中間。在商業(yè)鏈條的手端和末端連接著中國生產商、原材料提供商和俄羅斯零售商和消費者,因此,主要為中國零售商和原材料提供商提供訂單和融資服務,為俄羅斯端口提供采購和消費融資業(yè)務,在中間環(huán)節(jié),主要包括進出口清關、境外倉儲、分銷和配送業(yè)務,主要包括在途貨押融資以及對俄物流清關調度和跨境分銷業(yè)務等。(3)YH集團的主要盈利模塊包括金融、物流和分銷三個模塊。YH集團的主要業(yè)務包括融資、清關物流和訂單分銷以及O2O零售業(yè)務,所以整個YH集團的盈利主要來自于分銷傭金、金融服務費和物流傭金三個方面。(4)YH集團正在發(fā)展和構架的跨境電子商務平臺是OPTK平臺,該平臺是一個典型的跨境B2B電子商務平臺。YH集團通過OPTK平臺鏈接國內生產商和俄羅斯電子商務和俄羅斯本土的零售商。
[Abstract]:Enterprise transformation is imperative. In the "Internet +" era, different industries have developed from line to line. The traditional logistics industry is no exception. "Internet + logistics" has become a new development model, and will become the main mode of the logistics industry in the future. At present, there are hundreds of enterprises engaged in logistics and transportation in Russia, China and Russia. The hot development of cross-border e-commerce has brought business opportunities to the Chinese and Russian logistics enterprises, and also intensified the competition among enterprises. In this big environment, the transformation and innovation become the way of survival. Under this background, YH group is also facing the cross-border e-commerce to Russia as a logistics enterprise. The opportunities and challenges of the transformation are based on the analysis of the transformation of YH group to cross-border e-commerce. Based on the analysis of China's cross-border e-commerce industry chain and the main problems existing in the development of cross-border e-commerce in Russia, this paper further analyzes the internal and external factors and environment for the development of cross-border E-commerce by YH group, and puts forward the development of cross-border electronics by YH group. The business model finally gets the following conclusions: (1) the development of YH group has a good policy environment for Russian electronic commerce, but the economic environment is poor, the main reason is that the economic development of Russia is stopped, the exchange rate is swaying, and the consumption water of Russian residents has a certain decline in the influence of economic development; from the inside, YH group has the advantages of business and commercial resources, but at the same time it faces the problem of lack of talent for e-commerce. (2) the business and services of YH group are mainly concentrated on both ends and middle of the business chain. In the hands and ends of the business chain, the manufacturers, raw materials providers and Russian retailers and consumers are connected to the business chain. It provides orders and financing services for Chinese retailers and raw materials providers, providing procurement and consumer financing services for the Russian port, including import and export clearance, overseas warehousing, distribution and distribution services, mainly including the delivery of goods in transit and the logistics clearance and cross-border distribution of Russian logistics, and so on. (3) YH The main profit module of the group includes three modules, finance, logistics and distribution,.YH group's main business including financing, customs clearance logistics and order distribution and O2O retail business, so the profit of the whole YH group mainly comes from three aspects of distribution Commission, financial service fee and logistics Commission. (4) YH group is developing and constructing cross-border electricity. The sub business platform is the OPTK platform. The platform is a typical cross-border B2B e-commerce platform,.YH group, through the OPTK platform linking domestic manufacturers and Russian e-commerce and Russian local retailers.
