【摘要】:企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型勢在必行。在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代,不同產(chǎn)業(yè)相繼出現(xiàn)從線下到線上的發(fā)展趨勢,傳統(tǒng)物流行業(yè)也不例外,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+物流”已成為新的發(fā)展模式,并將成為未來物流業(yè)的主要模式。目前,國內(nèi)從事對俄物流運(yùn)輸?shù)钠髽I(yè)達(dá)數(shù)百家,中俄跨境電子商務(wù)的火熱發(fā)展為中俄物流企業(yè)帶來了商機(jī),也加劇了企業(yè)間的競爭,在這種大環(huán)境下,轉(zhuǎn)則活、轉(zhuǎn)則新、轉(zhuǎn)則興,快速實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與創(chuàng)新成為生存之道。在這一背景下,YH集團(tuán)作為一個物流企業(yè),同樣面臨著向?qū)Χ砜缇畴娮由虅?wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),本文以YH集團(tuán)向跨境電子商務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型為研究,通過分析我國跨境電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和對俄跨境電商的發(fā)展中存在的主要問題為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步分析YH集團(tuán)發(fā)展跨境電子商務(wù)的內(nèi)外部因素和環(huán)境,提出了YH集團(tuán)發(fā)展跨境電子商務(wù)的商業(yè)模式,最終本文得到了以下研究結(jié)論:(1)YH集團(tuán)發(fā)展對俄電子商務(wù)面臨的政策環(huán)境良好,但是經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境較差,主要原因在于俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展停止,匯率搖擺不定,俄羅斯居民消費(fèi)水平受經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響出現(xiàn)一定的下滑;從內(nèi)部而言,YH集團(tuán)有業(yè)務(wù)和商業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢,但是同時也面臨電商人才不足的問題。(2)YH集團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)型電子商務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)和服務(wù)主要集中在商業(yè)鏈條的兩端和中間。在商業(yè)鏈條的手端和末端連接著中國生產(chǎn)商、原材料提供商和俄羅斯零售商和消費(fèi)者,因此,主要為中國零售商和原材料提供商提供訂單和融資服務(wù),為俄羅斯端口提供采購和消費(fèi)融資業(yè)務(wù),在中間環(huán)節(jié),主要包括進(jìn)出口清關(guān)、境外倉儲、分銷和配送業(yè)務(wù),主要包括在途貨押融資以及對俄物流清關(guān)調(diào)度和跨境分銷業(yè)務(wù)等。(3)YH集團(tuán)的主要盈利模塊包括金融、物流和分銷三個模塊。YH集團(tuán)的主要業(yè)務(wù)包括融資、清關(guān)物流和訂單分銷以及O2O零售業(yè)務(wù),所以整個YH集團(tuán)的盈利主要來自于分銷傭金、金融服務(wù)費(fèi)和物流傭金三個方面。(4)YH集團(tuán)正在發(fā)展和構(gòu)架的跨境電子商務(wù)平臺是OPTK平臺,該平臺是一個典型的跨境B2B電子商務(wù)平臺。YH集團(tuán)通過OPTK平臺鏈接國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)商和俄羅斯電子商務(wù)和俄羅斯本土的零售商。
[Abstract]:Enterprise transformation is imperative. In the "Internet +" era, different industries have developed from line to line. The traditional logistics industry is no exception. "Internet + logistics" has become a new development model, and will become the main mode of the logistics industry in the future. At present, there are hundreds of enterprises engaged in logistics and transportation in Russia, China and Russia. The hot development of cross-border e-commerce has brought business opportunities to the Chinese and Russian logistics enterprises, and also intensified the competition among enterprises. In this big environment, the transformation and innovation become the way of survival. Under this background, YH group is also facing the cross-border e-commerce to Russia as a logistics enterprise. The opportunities and challenges of the transformation are based on the analysis of the transformation of YH group to cross-border e-commerce. Based on the analysis of China's cross-border e-commerce industry chain and the main problems existing in the development of cross-border e-commerce in Russia, this paper further analyzes the internal and external factors and environment for the development of cross-border E-commerce by YH group, and puts forward the development of cross-border electronics by YH group. The business model finally gets the following conclusions: (1) the development of YH group has a good policy environment for Russian electronic commerce, but the economic environment is poor, the main reason is that the economic development of Russia is stopped, the exchange rate is swaying, and the consumption water of Russian residents has a certain decline in the influence of economic development; from the inside, YH group has the advantages of business and commercial resources, but at the same time it faces the problem of lack of talent for e-commerce. (2) the business and services of YH group are mainly concentrated on both ends and middle of the business chain. In the hands and ends of the business chain, the manufacturers, raw materials providers and Russian retailers and consumers are connected to the business chain. It provides orders and financing services for Chinese retailers and raw materials providers, providing procurement and consumer financing services for the Russian port, including import and export clearance, overseas warehousing, distribution and distribution services, mainly including the delivery of goods in transit and the logistics clearance and cross-border distribution of Russian logistics, and so on. (3) YH The main profit module of the group includes three modules, finance, logistics and distribution,.YH group's main business including financing, customs clearance logistics and order distribution and O2O retail business, so the profit of the whole YH group mainly comes from three aspects of distribution Commission, financial service fee and logistics Commission. (4) YH group is developing and constructing cross-border electricity. The sub business platform is the OPTK platform. The platform is a typical cross-border B2B e-commerce platform,.YH group, through the OPTK platform linking domestic manufacturers and Russian e-commerce and Russian local retailers.
