制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈電子商務(wù)管理模式研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷推進(jìn),制造業(yè)所面臨的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越加劇烈,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)向供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。這就要求企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的所有節(jié)點(diǎn)上的企業(yè)資源進(jìn)行整合與協(xié)調(diào),強(qiáng)調(diào)戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴聯(lián)合,信息集成與共享、快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng),形成以客戶為中心的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式。但是,通過(guò)紙張及傳真進(jìn)行企業(yè)與合作伙伴之間的信息傳遞時(shí)效性、同步性都不理想,雖然有部分制造業(yè)實(shí)施了ERP、CRM、SCM等系統(tǒng),但這些系統(tǒng)往往局限于企業(yè)內(nèi)部使用,沒(méi)有與合作伙伴及客戶之間的接口,形成了一個(gè)個(gè)“信息孤島”,,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)之間的信息共享,要實(shí)現(xiàn)這些系統(tǒng)及信息的集成與整合,必須打破供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)的信息壁壘。 20世紀(jì)90年代,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ)的計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,促成電子商務(wù)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展,更加快了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的步伐,這就要求供應(yīng)鏈管理有完善的信息共享機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)之間信息溝通順暢,電子商務(wù)可為供應(yīng)鏈管理提供有力的技術(shù)支持,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)與其合作伙伴、供應(yīng)商、經(jīng)銷商和客戶之間信息共享與協(xié)調(diào),達(dá)到供應(yīng)鏈管理的物流、信息流、資金流等信息準(zhǔn)確,制定切實(shí)可行的需求、生產(chǎn)和供貨計(jì)劃,從而降低成本、縮短訂貨交易周期、提升供應(yīng)鏈管理效率、提高企業(yè)決策水平和效益。 本文系統(tǒng)地闡述了供應(yīng)鏈管理和電子商務(wù)的基本概念,探討了制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的問(wèn)題及解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,分析了制造業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,討論了供應(yīng)鏈管理與電子商務(wù)集成的必要性和可行性,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了供應(yīng)鏈管理與電子商務(wù)集成模型,構(gòu)建了制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理與電子商務(wù)集成運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng),結(jié)合F企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀,分析了實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理與電子商務(wù)集成所面臨的問(wèn)題與解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the development of economic globalization, the market competition faced by the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the competition between enterprises turns to the competition between supply chains. This requires the enterprise resources on all nodes of the enterprise supply chain to be integrated and coordinated, emphasizing the strategic partner union, information integration and sharing, responding to the market quickly, and forming a customer-centered supply chain management model. However, the timeliness of information transmission between enterprises and partners through paper and fax is not ideal. Although some manufacturing industries have implemented systems such as ERP CRM SCM, these systems are often limited to the internal use of enterprises. There is no interface with partners and customers, forming a "information island", which can not realize the information sharing between all links of the supply chain, to achieve the integration and integration of these systems and information, It is necessary to break down the information barrier in the supply chain. In the 1990s, the Internet-based computer network technology was widely used, which contributed to the emergence and development of electronic commerce, and accelerated the pace of the globalization of the world economy. This requires that the supply chain management has a perfect information sharing mechanism to realize the smooth information communication between the various links of the supply chain. E-commerce can provide strong technical support for the supply chain management, and realize the enterprise and its partners, suppliers, Information sharing and coordination between dealers and customers to achieve accurate logistics, information flow, capital flow and other information in supply chain management, to formulate practical requirements, production and supply plans, thereby reducing costs and shortening the order trading cycle. Improve the efficiency of supply chain management, improve the level of enterprise decision-making and efficiency. This paper systematically expounds the basic concepts of supply chain management and electronic commerce, discusses the problems of manufacturing supply chain management and the countermeasures to solve the problems, and analyzes the development of manufacturing electronic commerce. The necessity and feasibility of the integration of supply chain management and electronic commerce are discussed. On the basis of this, the model of supply chain management and electronic commerce integration is put forward, and the integrated operation system of supply chain management and electronic commerce of manufacturing industry is constructed. Based on the current situation of supply chain management in F enterprises, the problems and solutions to implement the integration of supply chain management and electronic commerce are analyzed.
