【摘要】:中國物流業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展和中國的電子商務(wù)的爆發(fā)式增長,給物流業(yè)帶來旺盛的需求刺激,進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)國內(nèi)倉儲(chǔ)投資逐年保持高速增長。倉儲(chǔ)投資的高速增長的結(jié)果是,作為倉庫運(yùn)作的常用物流操作設(shè)備的叉車,在中國增長極為快速,中國已經(jīng)成為全球最大的叉車制造基地,同時(shí)中國每年新增叉車數(shù)量達(dá)到30萬臺(tái)(2012年物流業(yè)使用的叉車達(dá)到150萬臺(tái)),然而來自美國和德國的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,嚴(yán)重的叉車安全事故每年數(shù)以萬計(jì),導(dǎo)致巨額財(cái)產(chǎn)損失和嚴(yán)重的人員傷亡。雖然家用汽車的主動(dòng)安全系統(tǒng)得到了長足的發(fā)展,但是叉車主動(dòng)安全系統(tǒng)僅僅處于拓荒時(shí)期,目前國內(nèi)市場尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)有針對(duì)叉車安全的碰撞預(yù)警系統(tǒng)銷售。叉車安全配件市場具有巨大潛力,為滿足市場需求,同時(shí)在進(jìn)行競爭分析后,擬組建公司Han Safety,向市場推出該公司設(shè)計(jì)的超越國外競爭對(duì)手的高性價(jià)比產(chǎn)品。本文將商業(yè)計(jì)劃書分為外部分析、競爭分析、市場分析、營銷計(jì)劃、運(yùn)營計(jì)劃、財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃幾部分。Han Safety公司立志于做叉車安全行業(yè)的小米,向客戶提供高性價(jià)比的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。通過外部分析、競爭分析,本文得出結(jié)論,Han Safety公司需要采取藍(lán)海戰(zhàn)略,向市場提供如下產(chǎn)品:該產(chǎn)品具有利用傳感器自動(dòng)探測碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來臨的時(shí)候,通過聲光提醒駕駛員,并且可以干預(yù)駕駛,進(jìn)行減速,同時(shí)集成WIFI模塊和行車記錄儀,行車記錄儀的畫面可以在液晶顯示屏上同步顯示,擴(kuò)大駕駛員的視野。WIFI將可接入倉庫的局域網(wǎng),使錄像數(shù)據(jù)可遠(yuǎn)程備份、并提供遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和操作的可能性。通過向行業(yè)專業(yè)人士發(fā)放問卷,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示多數(shù)專業(yè)人士對(duì)叉車碰撞預(yù)警系統(tǒng)有濃厚的興趣,都認(rèn)可叉車智能化是未來趨勢,并愿意向公司及客戶推薦購買。同時(shí)通過調(diào)查,我們了解到客戶針對(duì)各種功能的叉車碰撞預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的心理價(jià)位,我們也通過郵件詢問到國外競爭對(duì)手的產(chǎn)品售價(jià),綜合所有信息,我們對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了超越消費(fèi)者期望的定價(jià),同時(shí)也確保Han Safety公司有利可圖。也了解到潛在客戶偏好的購買渠道。隨后利用STP理論和4P理論分析了叉車安全產(chǎn)品所面臨的市場,確定了HanSafety公司的叉車碰撞預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)市場、定位以及其4P戰(zhàn)略。并對(duì)產(chǎn)品的銷量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,為后續(xù)財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在運(yùn)營計(jì)劃一章,確定了Han Safety公司的運(yùn)營目標(biāo),包括公司籌建、官網(wǎng)建設(shè)、電商系統(tǒng)上線、年度銷售目標(biāo)和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)等。同時(shí)列舉了運(yùn)營計(jì)劃和里程碑,介紹了公司核心管理和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)。最后論述了精益創(chuàng)業(yè)(精益開發(fā))。最后過渡到財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測,財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測顯示基于110萬人民幣的投資的情況下,5年的現(xiàn)金流現(xiàn)值超過121萬人民幣,第5年的投資回報(bào)率達(dá)到452%,5年之后的所有者權(quán)益達(dá)到1448.4萬人民幣。財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測數(shù)據(jù)肯定了該項(xiàng)目的投資價(jià)值。最后,對(duì)此項(xiàng)目所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述并提出了應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the logistics industry in China and the explosive growth of e-commerce in China bring a strong demand to the logistics industry, and then promote the domestic storage investment to maintain a rapid growth year by year. As a result of the rapid growth in warehousing investment, forklifts, commonly used as logistics operating equipment for warehouse operations, have grown extremely rapidly in China, which has become the world's largest forklift manufacturing base. At the same time, the number of new forklifts in China reaches 300000 a year (1.5 million forklifts were used by the logistics industry in 2012), but statistics from the United States and Germany show that there are tens of thousands of serious forklift safety accidents a year. Resulting in huge property losses and serious casualties. Although the active safety system of home vehicle has been developed greatly, the active safety system of forklift truck is only in the pioneer period. At present, there has not been a collision warning system for forklift safety in domestic market. Forklift safety accessories market has great potential, in order to meet the market demand, at the same time, after the competitive analysis, it is proposed to set up a company Han Safety to introduce to the market the company designed by the company than foreign competitors high performance and price ratio products. This paper divides the business plan into four parts: external analysis, competition analysis, market analysis, marketing plan, business plan and financial plan. Han Safety Company is determined to be Xiaomi in forklift safety industry and provide customers with innovative products with high cost performance. Through external analysis and competition analysis, this paper draws a conclusion that Han Safety Company needs to adopt blue sea strategy to provide the following products to the market: this product can use sensors to detect collision risk automatically, when collision risk comes, The driver can be alerted by acousto-optic, and can interfere with driving and slow down. The survey results show that most professionals are interested in the forklift collision warning system and agree that intelligent forklift truck is the future trend and are willing to recommend to the company and customers to buy. At the same time, through the investigation, we know the psychological price of forklift collision warning system for various functions. We also ask about the price of foreign competitors' products by email, synthesizing all the information. We have priced our products beyond consumer expectations, while also ensuring that Han Safety is profitable. Also understand the potential customer preference purchase channels. Then the market of forklift safety products is analyzed by using STP theory and 4P theory, and the target market, positioning and 4P strategy of forklift crash warning system of HanSafety Company are determined. The sales volume of the product is forecasted, which lays the foundation for the subsequent financial forecast. In the chapter of the Business Plan, the operational objectives of Han Safety are defined, including company planning, website construction, online e-commerce system, annual sales target and product development. At the same time, listed the business plan and milestones, introduced the company's core management and technical team. Finally, it discusses the lean venture (lean development). Finally, the transition to the financial forecast, the financial forecast shows that based on the investment of 1.1 million yuan, the present value of cash flow in five years is more than 1.21 million yuan, the return on investment in the fifth year is 4522,22 yuan, and the owner's equity is 14.484 million yuan after five years.
