【摘要】：近年來,在離線商務模式的影響下,物管企業(yè)的管理模式逐漸走向信息化、商務化。物管公司對物業(yè)信息的采集、使用和維護等已基本實現(xiàn)信息化管理。隨著信息技術的飛速發(fā)展,電子商務的O2O模式,將企業(yè)與信息技術有機地結(jié)合起來,這使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)逐漸成為網(wǎng)上交易線下服務的平臺。利用O2O模式來推動社區(qū)管理的系統(tǒng)化、信息化己經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代物管企業(yè)推動社區(qū)發(fā)展的新目標。本文首先簡要介紹了O2O模式的發(fā)展狀況,研究了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)模型、設計模式和技術框架的相關知識,為項目的開展奠定了必要的知識基礎。隨后分析了貴陽市興隆物業(yè)社區(qū)O2O商務平臺的實際需求,并在需求分析的基礎上,詳細論述了系統(tǒng)的應用架構設計、技術架構設計以及總體功能架構設計,同時對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了設計。最后深入研究了系統(tǒng)管理、用戶模塊、入駐商戶模塊、物業(yè)管理管理、社區(qū)商城O2O管理5個系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設計和實現(xiàn)方法。本文所研究和設計的貴陽市興隆物業(yè)社區(qū)O2O商務平臺能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)物業(yè)管理企業(yè)的信息化管理,有效解決了物業(yè)管理、社區(qū)O20電子上午等基礎性信息共享、物業(yè)信息在線管理,大大提高了貴陽市興隆物業(yè)公司工作人員辦事效率以及經(jīng)濟效益。此外,利用協(xié)同的思想來分析信息平臺中的業(yè)務過程模型,結(jié)合改進的MVC設計模式,成功實現(xiàn)了業(yè)務邏輯和應用邏輯的分離,對代碼設計進行了資源的合理配置,這在實踐中有一定的應用推廣價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of off-line business model, the management mode of property management enterprises is becoming information and commerce. Property management company information collection, use and maintenance have basically realized information management. With the rapid development of information technology, the O2O model of electronic commerce combines enterprise and information technology organically, which makes the Internet gradually become the platform of online trading offline service. Using O _ 2O mode to promote the systematization of community management, informatization has become a new goal for modern property management enterprises to promote community development. In this paper, the development of the O2O model is briefly introduced, and the relevant knowledge of system development model, design pattern and technical framework is studied, which lays the necessary knowledge foundation for the development of the project. Then it analyzes the actual demand of the O2O business platform in Xinlong real estate community of Guiyang, and on the basis of requirement analysis, discusses the application architecture design, technical architecture design and overall functional architecture design of the system in detail. At the same time, the system database is designed. Finally, the design and implementation of five functional modules of system management, user module, resident business module, property management and O2O management in community mall are studied. The O2O business platform studied and designed in this paper can realize the information management of property management enterprises, effectively solve the property management, community O20 electronic morning and other basic information sharing, property information online management. Greatly improved Guiyang Xinglong property Company staff efficiency and economic benefits. In addition, the business process model in the information platform is analyzed by using the idea of cooperation, and the separation of business logic and application logic is realized successfully by combining with the improved MVC design pattern. This has certain application promotion value in practice.
