【摘要】：基于跨境電子商務(wù)綜試區(qū)的概念框架,文章從基礎(chǔ)能力水平、服務(wù)支撐水平和發(fā)展?jié)摿λ饺齻�(gè)維度,對2016年我國跨境電子商務(wù)綜試區(qū)的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了綜合測度。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):13個(gè)跨境電子商務(wù)綜試區(qū)的綜合發(fā)展水平差異較大,基本可劃分為三個(gè)層次。從發(fā)展過程看,第一層次的綜試區(qū)發(fā)展水平增速變緩,而第二層次和第三層次的綜試區(qū)目前仍處于快速發(fā)展階段,服務(wù)支撐水平的提升是其增長的主要?jiǎng)恿�。另�?從地區(qū)角度看,綜合發(fā)展水平呈現(xiàn)出明顯的區(qū)域性特征、經(jīng)濟(jì)水平特征以及反向聚類特征。最后,文章基于上述結(jié)論,因地制宜地提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the conceptual framework of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area, this paper comprehensively measures the development level of China's cross-border electronic commerce comprehensive test area in 2016 from three dimensions: basic ability level, service support level and development potential level. The results show that the comprehensive development level of the 13 cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test areas is quite different and can be divided into three levels. From the point of view of the development process, the growth rate of the first level of the comprehensive test area becomes slow, while the second level and the third level of the comprehensive test area are still in the stage of rapid development, and the promotion of the service support level is the main driving force of its growth. In addition, from the regional point of view, the comprehensive development level shows obvious regional characteristics, economic level characteristics and reverse clustering characteristics. Finally, based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to local conditions.
