【摘要】：海淘的興起使得消費(fèi)者能夠更為便捷地獲取全球商品,然而海淘模式下復(fù)雜的售后流程使得消費(fèi)者容易陷入維權(quán)窘境。本文在梳理海淘模式的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納出對應(yīng)模式下的售后服務(wù)流程,并從售后問題和售后過程對海淘"直郵"、"轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)"、"跨境電商"三種模式的售后服務(wù)進(jìn)行對比,最后分別對商家和消費(fèi)者的售后服務(wù)活動提出建議。研究成果豐富了網(wǎng)購售后服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論,對海淘商家和消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行售后服務(wù)活動起借鑒指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The rise of Amoy has made it easier for consumers to gain access to global goods, but the complex after-sale process under the Haitao model makes consumers vulnerable to the dilemma of safeguarding their rights. On the basis of combing the pattern of Haitao, this paper sums up the after-sales service flow under the corresponding mode, and compares the after-sales service of the three modes of "direct mail", "transshipment" and "cross-border e-commerce" from the after-sales problems and the after-sale process. Finally, the business and consumer's after-sales service activities put forward suggestions. The research results enrich the relevant theory of after-sale service of online shopping, and play a guiding role in the after-sale service activities of the merchants and consumers of Amoy.
