跨境電子商務(wù)信息流模型與效率研究

【摘要】:消費(fèi)者需求的不斷增加和國(guó)家政策的驅(qū)動(dòng),使跨境電子商務(wù)得到迅猛發(fā)展,諸多跨境電商交易平臺(tái)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,如全球速賣(mài)通、蘭亭集勢(shì)、敦煌網(wǎng)、小紅書(shū)等,發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)如火如茶之勢(shì)。同時(shí),跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展也遇到了瓶頸,跨境電子商務(wù)信息流和跨境物流分別作為跨境電子商務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)和保障未能跟上發(fā)展節(jié)奏,阻礙了跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。特別是跨境電子商務(wù)信息流,作為貫穿整個(gè)跨境電商活動(dòng)的要素,其效率直接影響跨境電商交易額,所以研究跨境電子商務(wù)信息流很有必要。鑒于國(guó)內(nèi)鮮有學(xué)者對(duì)跨境電子商務(wù)信息流進(jìn)行研究,本文從跨境電子商務(wù)信息流基礎(chǔ)理論研究出發(fā),探索跨境電子商務(wù)信息流模型及效率,以期為學(xué)術(shù)研究及跨境電商運(yùn)作提供借鑒。本文共有以下六章的內(nèi)容:第—章,介紹了論文的選題背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及研究目標(biāo)、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法、研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章,闡述了跨境電子商務(wù)及其信息流的基本理論。具體包括跨境電子商務(wù)的概念、特征、主要類(lèi)型,信息流的定義、構(gòu)成要素和分類(lèi),跨境電子商務(wù)信息流的概念、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。第三章,構(gòu)建了跨境電子商務(wù)整體信息流模型和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)推廣信息流模型、交易決策信息流模型、跨境支付結(jié)算信息流模型、跨境物流信息流模型與跨境售后信息流模型。第四章,經(jīng)專(zhuān)家討論制定信息流質(zhì)量、信息流速度、信息流成本、信息流收益為跨境電子商務(wù)信息流效率評(píng)價(jià)的—級(jí)指標(biāo),并對(duì)相應(yīng)的二級(jí)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行解釋,采用層次分析法確定了各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并分析了跨境電子商務(wù)信息流效率的影響因素。第五章,采用專(zhuān)家打分法分析了 “全球速賣(mài)通”信息流過(guò)程與效率,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其中存在的信息流向的針對(duì)性不強(qiáng)、交易主體信息處理速度較慢、信息流投入的成本不合理的問(wèn)題,提出了跨境電商信息流優(yōu)化措施。第六章,總結(jié)了整個(gè)研究的成果以及研究中存在的不足,針對(duì)研究的不足之處,提出了未來(lái)研究的展望。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of consumers and the drive of national policies, cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly. Many cross-border e-commerce trading platforms have emerged as the times require, such as Global Express, Lanting, Dunhuang net, Little Red Book, etc. The development is as hot as tea. At the same time, the development of cross-border e-commerce also encountered a bottleneck, cross-border e-commerce information flow and cross-border logistics as the basis and guarantee of cross-border e-commerce failed to keep up with the pace of development, hindering the development of cross-border e-commerce. Especially, the information flow of cross-border electronic commerce, as an element of the whole cross-border e-commerce activities, its efficiency directly affects the volume of cross-border e-commerce transactions, so it is necessary to study the information flow of cross-border e-commerce. In view of the fact that few domestic scholars have studied the information flow of cross-border electronic commerce, this paper explores the model and efficiency of cross-border electronic commerce information flow from the basic theory of cross-border electronic commerce information flow. In order to provide reference for academic research and cross-border e-commerce operation. There are six chapters in this paper: chapter -, introduces the background, significance, domestic and foreign research status and research objectives, research content, research methods, research innovation. The second chapter expounds the basic theory of cross-border e-commerce and its information flow. It includes the concept, characteristics, main types, definition of information flow, constituent elements and classification, concept, structure and function of cross-border electronic commerce information flow. In the third chapter, the whole information flow model of cross-border electronic commerce, the information flow model of marketing promotion, the information flow model of transaction decision, the information flow model of cross-border payment and settlement, the information flow model of cross-border logistics and the model of information flow after sale are constructed. In the fourth chapter, experts discuss that the quality of information flow, the speed of information flow, the cost of information flow, the benefit of information flow are the grade index of the efficiency evaluation of information flow in cross-border electronic commerce, and the corresponding secondary index is explained. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of each index, and the factors influencing the efficiency of cross-border e-commerce information flow are analyzed. In the fifth chapter, the author analyzes the information flow process and efficiency by using the expert scoring method, and finds out that the information flow direction is not specific enough, and the information processing speed of the trading body is slow. The cost of information flow is unreasonable, and the optimization measures of information flow are put forward. In the sixth chapter, the author summarizes the results of the whole research and the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the prospect of the future research.
