長春銀都職業(yè)培訓(xùn)公司核心競爭力建構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化和信息時代的到來,市場競爭更加激烈,在市場大潮中搏擊的廣大中小微企業(yè)及其自身的生存、發(fā)展,更加受到人們的關(guān)注。中小微企業(yè)如何在市場競爭中,提升自己的核心競爭力,以求得自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成了當(dāng)下理論界和業(yè)界普遍關(guān)注的課題。本文結(jié)合教育培訓(xùn)公司的實際案例,參照當(dāng)代現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)理論以及相關(guān)的企業(yè)核心能力理論,探索這類公司的發(fā)展規(guī)律和生存之道,分析其存在的問題,建立一個嶄新的研究模式或方法策略體系,給出可行性的對策建議,可以直接為廣大中小微企業(yè)作參考,為其核心競爭力提升的實踐給出服務(wù),對置身國內(nèi)外激烈市場競爭環(huán)境的中小微企業(yè),具有重要的借鑒作用和參考價值。本文研究借助競爭力理論、現(xiàn)代管理理論,在廣泛涉獵核心競爭力研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,界定和探討豐富中小微企業(yè)的核心競爭力要素。通過文獻資料法、案例分析法、定性分析法、定量分析法和理論與實踐相結(jié)合方法,主要通過調(diào)研、座談,收集案例公司的第一手資料,結(jié)合案例公司和當(dāng)前市場經(jīng)濟的實際,展開民營教育培訓(xùn)企業(yè)核心競爭力建構(gòu)的研究。本文認(rèn)為,要提高長春銀都職業(yè)培訓(xùn)公司(以下簡稱長春銀都公司)的主業(yè)經(jīng)營能力,需要搶抓手機軟件設(shè)計類市場、鞏固電子商務(wù)技術(shù)類市場、開拓微商創(chuàng)業(yè)培訓(xùn)類市場、做實手機維修培訓(xùn)類市場;要提升公司的企業(yè)管理能力,需要建立健全管理規(guī)則制度、完善公司運營管理機構(gòu)、優(yōu)化人力資源管理;要提高公司的技術(shù)引入能力,需要引入“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”培訓(xùn)機制、引入競爭性學(xué)習(xí)思維、引入電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺;要提高長春銀都公司的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力,需要不斷加大創(chuàng)新投入力度、創(chuàng)新ERP為核心的集成系統(tǒng)、創(chuàng)新體驗式培訓(xùn)模式。只有這樣,才能使長春銀都公司才能真正形成公司的核心競爭力,在激烈的市場競爭中立足于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:With the advent of globalization and the information age, the market competition is becoming more intense, and the survival and development of the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises fighting in the market tide and their own development have attracted more and more attention from people. How to improve their core competitiveness in the market competition in order to achieve their own sustainable development has become a common concern in the field of theory and industry. Based on the practical cases of education and training companies, this paper, referring to the modern management theory and the related core competence theory, explores the development law and the way of survival of this kind of companies, and analyzes the existing problems. Establishing a new research model or method strategy system, giving feasible countermeasures and suggestions, can be a direct reference for the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises, and serve for the practice of enhancing their core competitiveness. It has important reference function and reference value for the small and medium enterprises which are in the fierce market competition environment at home and abroad. This paper, with the help of competitiveness theory and modern management theory, defines and discusses the elements of core competence of medium, small and micro enterprises on the basis of extensive research results of core competence. Through the methods of literature, case analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and combination of theory and practice, mainly through investigation, discussion, collecting first-hand information of case companies, combining case companies with the reality of the current market economy, Research on the construction of core competence of private education and training enterprises. This paper holds that in order to improve the main business operation ability of Changchun Yindu Vocational training Company (hereinafter referred to as Changchun Yindu Company), it is necessary to seize the mobile phone software design market, consolidate the e-commerce technology market, and open up the micro-business entrepreneurial training market. In order to improve the management ability of the company, it is necessary to establish and perfect the management rules and regulations, perfect the operation and management organization of the company, optimize the human resource management, improve the technology introduction ability of the company, We need to introduce the "Internet" training mechanism, competitive learning thinking, e-commerce application service platform, to improve the service innovation ability of Changchun Yindu Company, we need to continuously increase innovation investment. Innovative ERP as the core of the integrated system, innovative experiential training model. Only in this way can Changchun Yindu Company truly form its core competitiveness and stand in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.
