【摘要】:物業(yè)服務(wù)作為傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)行業(yè),近些年有了持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展,但是產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展也帶來(lái)了新的問(wèn)題,行業(yè)亟待尋求能夠突破發(fā)展瓶頸的新思路,促進(jìn)行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展為行業(yè)帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇,物業(yè)服務(wù)企業(yè)基于其天然的客戶資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和合作商戶的優(yōu)勢(shì),積極開展社區(qū)電子商務(wù),是物業(yè)服務(wù)行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要途徑和手段。
[Abstract]:Property service, as a traditional service industry, has been developing rapidly in recent years, but the rapid development of industry has also brought new problems. It is urgent for the industry to find a new way to break through the bottleneck of development and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry. The development of E-commerce brings opportunities for the industry. Based on its natural advantages of customer resources and advantages of cooperative merchants, property service enterprises actively develop community e-commerce, which is an important way and means to transform and upgrade the property service industry.
