【摘要】：為解決生鮮電商發(fā)展過程中遇到的阻礙提供參考,本文基于對生鮮電商經(jīng)營模式和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,專家小組篩選出13個(gè)影響生鮮電商發(fā)展的因素,通過建立解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型確定了各影響因素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。結(jié)果表明:政策引導(dǎo)與支持對生鮮電商的發(fā)展造成直接影響,行業(yè)投資環(huán)境和信息平臺的建設(shè)間接影響生鮮電商的發(fā)展,冷鏈物流建設(shè)、供應(yīng)鏈管理、最后一公里配送、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和生鮮產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系的完善對生鮮電商發(fā)展具有深層次間接影響,產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、損耗和成本控制、購物體驗(yàn)、受眾的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣培養(yǎng)以及對高品質(zhì)、安全的生鮮食品的需求是根本的影響因素。
[Abstract]:In order to provide a reference for solving the obstacles encountered in the development of fresh electricity merchants, based on the study of the business model and current development situation of fresh electricity merchants, the expert group has selected 13 factors that affect the development of fresh electricity merchants. The relationship between the factors is determined by establishing the explanatory structure model. The results show that the policy guidance and support have a direct impact on the development of fresh e-commerce, and the investment environment and the construction of information platform indirectly affect the development of fresh e-commerce, cold chain logistics construction, supply chain management, and last kilometer distribution. The construction of Internet infrastructure and the improvement of the quality control system of fresh products have a deep and indirect impact on the development of fresh e-commerce, such as standardization of products, loss and cost control, shopping experience, cultivation of consumers' consumption habits and high quality. The demand for safe fresh food is a fundamental factor.
