A公司跨境電子商務(wù)的模式研究

【摘要】:在美國(guó)金融危機(jī)和歐洲主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)的持續(xù)影響下,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)仍處于下行階段,不確定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素增多并相互交織,深度的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整使各個(gè)行業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)更加嚴(yán)峻,市場(chǎng)需求萎縮,金融市場(chǎng)脆性加大。但是跨境電子商務(wù)卻逆境而上,成為我國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的重要組成部分,也是成為了人們?nèi)粘I畹囊徊糠?并且逐漸的改變著我國(guó)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展模式,同時(shí)逐漸改變著我國(guó)中小型外貿(mào)企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷方式。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和智能時(shí)代的日益發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)習(xí)慣已被顛覆,通過鼠標(biāo)或手機(jī)完成自需采購(gòu)已成為趨勢(shì),不僅僅是個(gè)人,也是企業(yè)未來完成采購(gòu)的主要模式。為了迎合市場(chǎng)需求,作為出口型的貿(mào)易公司,考慮如何更高效的利用跨境電子商務(wù)來擴(kuò)大知名度吸引更多的買家進(jìn)而提高自身收益也是亟待解決的問題?缇畴娮由虅(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)正在被越來越多的外貿(mào)企業(yè)所重視,在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛,作為電子商務(wù)發(fā)展到一定程度的高級(jí)模式,和未來發(fā)展的主要趨勢(shì),其拓展空間非常大,能為企業(yè)帶來了利潤(rùn)和回報(bào)也較為豐厚,已經(jīng)成為很多中小型外貿(mào)企業(yè)爭(zhēng)先開展的新經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,有著非常廣闊的發(fā)展前景。本文先對(duì)跨境電子商務(wù)定義和模式進(jìn)行了理論分析,并介紹了現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。以A外貿(mào)公司作為研究對(duì)象,介紹公司基本情況,對(duì)其跨境電子商務(wù)的影響因素進(jìn)行具體分析。在A公司打算開展一個(gè)新付費(fèi)B2B平臺(tái)時(shí),運(yùn)用AHP層次分析法對(duì)未來A公司希望新開展模式的平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了分析,并通過計(jì)算對(duì)要投入的平臺(tái)給出建議。在新增平臺(tái)和現(xiàn)有影響因素綜合制約下,進(jìn)而對(duì)于更適合A公司自身發(fā)展的跨境電子商務(wù)模式選擇進(jìn)行研究,明確其今后跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展模式。同時(shí)提出公司今后發(fā)展跨境電子商務(wù)模式整合建議,以及未來保障戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施的措施。文章提供的對(duì)策及建議都是針對(duì)A公司而提出的,希望可以對(duì)A公司未來的發(fā)展及決策具有一定的參考和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Under the continued impact of the United States financial crisis and the European sovereign debt crisis, the global economy is still in a downward phase, with increased and intertwined uncertain risk factors, and deep structural adjustment has made the challenges facing various industries even more severe. Market demand shrinks, financial market brittleness increases. However, cross-border electronic commerce has become an important part of China's import and export trade, and become a part of people's daily life, and gradually changing the development model of our manufacturing industry. At the same time, the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are gradually changing their marketing methods. With the development of the Internet and intelligence era, the traditional consumption habits have been subverted. It has become a trend to complete self-demand purchasing through mouse or mobile phone, not only for individuals, but also for enterprises to complete procurement in the future. In order to meet the needs of the market, as an export-oriented trading company, it is urgent to consider how to use cross-border e-commerce more efficiently to attract more buyers and improve their income. The advantages of cross-border electronic commerce are being paid more and more attention to by more and more foreign trade enterprises, and their application in international trade is becoming more and more extensive. As an advanced mode of electronic commerce to a certain extent, and the main trend of future development, Its expansion space is very big, can bring the profit and the return to the enterprise is also quite rich, has already become a lot of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to develop the new management way first, has the very broad development prospect. In this paper, the definition and mode of cross-border e-commerce are analyzed, and the present situation is introduced. Taking A foreign trade company as the research object, this paper introduces the basic situation of the company and analyzes the influencing factors of its cross-border e-commerce. When A Company is planning to launch a new paid B2B platform, AHP is used to analyze the platform that A Company hopes to develop a new model in the future, and some suggestions are given by calculating the platform to be invested. Under the comprehensive restriction of the new platform and the existing influencing factors, this paper studies the choice of the cross-border e-commerce model which is more suitable for the development of company A, and clarifies its future cross-border e-commerce development model. At the same time, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of cross-border e-commerce, and the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy in the future. The countermeasures and suggestions provided in this paper are aimed at company A, and it is hoped that they will be helpful to the future development and decision making of company A.
