湖北恩施農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:最近幾年,電子商務(wù)的變化發(fā)展可謂是瞬息萬(wàn)變,城市與農(nóng)村的電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展差距以及農(nóng)業(yè)與其他行業(yè)的發(fā)展差距都是比較大。經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化,國(guó)際間的交流愈發(fā)頻繁,用電子商務(wù)進(jìn)行的商貿(mào)活動(dòng)成為了大家節(jié)省時(shí)間又節(jié)省錢的方式。恩施地區(qū)的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一就是農(nóng)業(yè),恩施州農(nóng)業(yè)資源條件優(yōu)越,全州優(yōu)勢(shì)特色農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)值較高,所以把恩施州的特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和電子商務(wù)有效地結(jié)合起來(lái),對(duì)加快州內(nèi)的農(nóng)業(yè)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí)來(lái)說(shuō)意義非凡。本文主要運(yùn)用的研究方法有查閱文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地調(diào)查和資料查詢法,論述了農(nóng)業(yè)的電子商務(wù)基礎(chǔ)理論,對(duì)湖北恩施農(nóng)業(yè)的電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,舉例說(shuō)明了恩施州目前幾種特色的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,闡述了恩施在發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電商的過(guò)程中所需要的要素和條件。同時(shí)看到了恩施的農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中的劣勢(shì)并進(jìn)行了分析,但也看到了恩施州發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)所擁有的優(yōu)勢(shì),然后結(jié)合劣勢(shì)與優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了解決對(duì)策。目前恩施州的農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展面臨著成本高,供求信息不能及時(shí)更新,供應(yīng)鏈不成熟、電商人才缺乏等問(wèn)題。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)我們是可以看到恩施州發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的前景是非常好的,但是由于地理位置等原因,發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)還有很長(zhǎng)的一段路要走。所以為促進(jìn)恩施州地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,改變州內(nèi)閉塞的狀態(tài),需要積極建立大型的物流園,龍頭企業(yè)、農(nóng)戶與物流企業(yè)進(jìn)行合作,改善當(dāng)前的物流環(huán)境,還需要積極培養(yǎng)電商人才,政府可與湖北民族學(xué)院商討開(kāi)設(shè)有關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的課程,營(yíng)造出學(xué)習(xí)農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的氛圍,培養(yǎng)更多的電商人才提高州內(nèi)整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,還要加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)民的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)認(rèn)知度,讓農(nóng)民看到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)能夠讓農(nóng)產(chǎn)品走出去,不愁農(nóng)產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有出路。當(dāng)然,政府的作用不能忽視,政府不僅要給予大力的資金支持,還要在法律制度上面支持,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),鼓勵(lì)恩施州的大學(xué)生碩士生回到家鄉(xiāng),建設(shè)家鄉(xiāng),給予大學(xué)生更多的創(chuàng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼,特別是電子商務(wù)專業(yè)的大學(xué)生,鼓勵(lì)他們能回到恩施為全州的電子商務(wù)及經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)作出貢獻(xiàn)。湖北恩施州的農(nóng)業(yè)的電子商務(wù)目前有三種模式,初級(jí)模式、高級(jí)模式和第三方模式,但是發(fā)現(xiàn),第三方模式采用的最多,然而由于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品知名度的問(wèn)題,并沒(méi)有取得很好的效果,所以在采用成本、門檻最低的第三方平臺(tái)模式時(shí),不僅要打造出自己的產(chǎn)品知名度,還要結(jié)合湖北恩施的特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,既要借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的成功模式,又要實(shí)現(xiàn)自我創(chuàng)新,利用外部機(jī)會(huì),發(fā)揮內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),迎接外部挑戰(zhàn),把恩施打造成一個(gè)充滿著恩施味道、具有恩施特色的少數(shù)民族自治州,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)全州的快速健康特色的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the change and development of electronic commerce can be described as a rapid change, the development gap between urban and rural e-commerce and between agriculture and other industries are relatively large. With the globalization of economy, international exchanges become more and more frequent, and e-commerce has become a way to save time and money. One of the superior industries in Enshi region is agriculture. Enshi prefecture has superior agricultural resources, and the value of advantage and characteristic agriculture industry in the whole state is relatively high. Therefore, the characteristic agricultural products of Enshi prefecture are effectively combined with electronic commerce. It is of great significance to speed up the upgrading of traditional agricultural industries in the state. The main research methods used in this paper include consulting literature, field investigation and information inquiry, discussing the basic theory of E-commerce in agriculture, and investigating the present situation of E-commerce development in Enshi, Hubei Province. This paper illustrates the current situation of E-commerce of several agricultural products in Enshi Prefecture, and expounds the essential factors and conditions needed by Enshi in the process of developing agricultural e-commerce. At the same time, the disadvantages in the development of agricultural electronic commerce of Enshi are seen and analyzed, but also the advantages of the development of agricultural electronic commerce in Enshi prefecture are seen, and then combined with the disadvantages and advantages, the countermeasures are put forward. At present, the development of agricultural electronic commerce in Enshi prefecture is faced with the problems of high cost, untimely updating of supply and demand information, immature supply chain, lack of electricity merchants and so on. Through the research, we can see that the prospect of developing agricultural electronic commerce in Enshi Prefecture is very good, but because of geographical location, there is still a long way to go to develop agricultural electronic commerce. Therefore, in order to promote agricultural development in Enshi Prefecture and change the state of isolation in the state, we need to actively establish large-scale logistics parks, leading enterprises, farmers and logistics enterprises to cooperate to improve the current logistics environment, and we also need to actively train electric traders. The government can discuss with the Hubei Institute for nationalities about offering courses on agricultural electronic commerce to create an atmosphere for studying agricultural electronic commerce, train more e-commerce businessmen to raise the state's overall economic level, and also enhance the awareness of farmers on the Internet. Let farmers see that the Internet can let agricultural products go out, not worry about agricultural products no way out. Of course, the role of the government cannot be ignored. The government should not only give strong financial support, but also support the legal system, strengthen the standardization of agricultural products, and encourage university students in Enshi Prefecture to return to their hometown and build their hometown. Give college students more subsidies, especially those majoring in electronic commerce, and encourage them to return to Enshi to contribute to the state's e-commerce and economic construction At present, there are three modes of E-commerce in agriculture in Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province, namely, the primary model, the advanced model and the third party model. However, it is found that the third party model is the most used, but due to the problem of agricultural product popularity, Did not achieve very good results, so in adopting the cost, the lowest threshold of the third-party platform model, not only to create their own product visibility, but also combined with Hubei Enshi characteristics of agricultural products, We should not only learn from the existing successful models at home and abroad, but also realize self-innovation, take advantage of external opportunities, give play to internal advantages, meet external challenges, and build Enshi into a minority autonomous prefecture full of Enshi flavor and characteristic of Enshi. In order to achieve the rapid and healthy development of the state.
