【摘要】：隨著近幾年電子商務的崛起,各種企業(yè)級應用開始在企業(yè)和政府部門中顯現(xiàn)作用,在一些大中型企業(yè)尤為明顯。浪潮集團在資金管理系統(tǒng)上線之前,采用分散式的方式進行資金管理,雖然在這種方式下可以完成集團內(nèi)部整個資金管理的相關內(nèi)容,但是隨著企業(yè)的不斷擴大,資金管理過程中財務人員偏多、工作效率低下、相關數(shù)據(jù)安全低下、出錯概率大等相關問題日益凸顯,而采用網(wǎng)銀模式也面臨著對接銀行較多、銀行key多、跨行操作困難、數(shù)據(jù)難以通過統(tǒng)一的界面進行匯總的問題。為更好的解決集團資金管理的各種問題,浪潮集團決定建設自己的資金管理系統(tǒng)。浪潮資金管理系統(tǒng)采用流行的B/S模式進行研發(fā),整個項目在建設初期就進行多次需求評審、技術選型測試、架構設計等內(nèi)容。依據(jù)浪潮集團資金管理的具體需求,采用微軟公司的.Net技術進行相關業(yè)務邏輯和界面展示的研發(fā)。同時,在對浪潮集團的業(yè)務需求進行了數(shù)據(jù)估算和硬件投入估算,決定選用Oracle公司的Oracle 10G作為數(shù)據(jù)庫程序,而且針對財務數(shù)據(jù)要求精度高、實時性高的問題,進行了數(shù)據(jù)庫實例的RAC。同時在總結了大量研發(fā)經(jīng)驗并且參考了大量相關軟件產(chǎn)品后,決定采用MVC模式完成整個浪潮資金管理系統(tǒng)的界面、業(yè)務邏輯、數(shù)據(jù)層研發(fā)。采用NHibernate作為數(shù)據(jù)庫和實體Bean的映射、采用Quartz的.Net版本作為各種定時任務的處理引擎。 在操作系統(tǒng)的選擇上決定采用先進的Server 2008系統(tǒng)作為操作系統(tǒng),并且采用ⅡS7.0作為應用服務器,有效的保證了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和安全性。通過對浪潮集團資金管理的調(diào)查研究,提出了浪潮集團資金管理的具體需求內(nèi)容,而后依據(jù)浪潮集團的要求有組織的進行了多次需求評審,最終形成了需求分析文檔。而后由研發(fā)精英和業(yè)務骨干組成架構組進行系統(tǒng)的各項設計工作,包括系統(tǒng)的邏輯架構設計、網(wǎng)絡拓撲設計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設計等內(nèi)容。通過這些設計工作將整個系統(tǒng)劃分為基礎管理、賬戶管理、資金結算、資金計劃、票據(jù)管理、國際結算六個部分。其中基礎管理主要完成對于資金管理系統(tǒng)中的基礎數(shù)據(jù)的管理工作,包括機構設置、基礎數(shù)據(jù)管理等功能。賬戶管理主要是針對浪潮集團的各種財務賬號進行管理工作,包括賬號開立、賬號變動等內(nèi)容。資金結算主要完成浪潮集團內(nèi)、浪潮集團和相關公司的資金調(diào)度、付款辦理、劃款辦理等內(nèi)容。資金計劃主要完成浪潮集團公司內(nèi)在年初進行資金規(guī)劃的功能,包括計劃管理、計劃編制、計劃導入等功能。票據(jù)管理主要是完成浪潮集團對于票據(jù)的管理工作,包括應收票據(jù)管理、應付票據(jù)管理等功能。國際結算主要是完成國際業(yè)務的各種結算功能,從而能夠更好地方便浪潮集團進行國際業(yè)務擴展。浪潮集團資金管理系統(tǒng)上線實施后,能夠有效地幫助浪潮集團進行標準化的資金管理,從而實現(xiàn)從分散式的管理模式向集中式管理模式的演進,有效的進行了公司風險控制、戰(zhàn)略決策制定和各類資源的整合。
[Abstract]:With the rise of e-commerce in recent years, all kinds of enterprise applications have begun to appear in enterprises and government departments, especially in some large and medium-sized enterprises. The wave fund management system adopts the popular B/S mode to carry out research and development. The whole project carries on several requirements review, technology selection test, structure design and so on in the early stage of construction. The specific requirements of gold management are developed by using the.Net technology of Microsoft Corp to carry out related business logic and interface display. At the same time, the data estimation and hardware input estimation are carried out on the business requirements of the wave group, and the Oracle 10G of Oracle company is selected as the database program, and the requirements of the financial data are high and the real-time is high. At the same time, after summarizing a lot of research and development experience and referring to a large number of relevant software products, RAC. has decided to use MVC mode to complete the interface of the whole wave fund management system, business logic, data layer research and development. NHibernate is used as the mapping of the database and entity Bean, and the.Net version of Quartz is used. For the processing engine of various timing tasks, the choice of the operating system is decided to adopt the advanced Server 2008 system as the operating system, and the use of II S7.0 as the application server, effectively ensuring the stability and security of the system. Through the investigation and investigation of the fund management of the wave group, the fund management of the wave group is put forward. Specific demand content, and then according to the requirements of the wave group, organized a number of requirements evaluation, and finally formed a demand analysis document. Then the research and development elite and business backbone of the structure group to carry out the system design work, including the system logic architecture design, network topology design, database design and so on. Some design work divides the whole system into six parts: basic management, account management, fund settlement, capital plan, bill management and international settlement. The basic management mainly completes the management of basic data in the capital management system, including the establishment of institutions, basic data management and so on. The account management is mainly aimed at the wave of the wave. All kinds of financial accounts of the group are managed, including account opening, account change and so on. Fund settlement is mainly completed in wave group, wave group and related companies' funds scheduling, payment handling, payment management and so on. The fund plan mainly completes the function of the fund planning at the beginning of the wave group public company, including the plan. Management, planning, planning and other functions. International settlement is mainly to complete various settlement functions of international business, so that it can better facilitate the expansion of international business by wave group. After the implementation of the fund management system, it can effectively help wave group to carry out standardized fund management, thus realizing the evolution from decentralized management mode to centralized management model, effectively carrying out corporate risk control, strategic decision making and the integration of various resources.
