【摘要】：信息技術(shù)給我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了挑戰(zhàn)。以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的新一輪信息技術(shù)的滲透,深刻影響著我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的各個(gè)方面。以信息化的視角審視我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的信息化機(jī)遇以及由此帶給農(nóng)業(yè)的深刻影響,借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家依賴信息化技術(shù)推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的做法與經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合信息化背景下我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)面臨的主要問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息化手段成為中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展的重大抓手,則需要從強(qiáng)化農(nóng)村信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)、培育和發(fā)展智能農(nóng)業(yè)、大力發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)以及加大跨區(qū)域的信息協(xié)同治理等方面取得突破,成為中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展的可能路徑。
[Abstract]:Information technology has brought opportunities and challenges to the transformation and development of agriculture in China. The new round of information technology, represented by the Internet, deeply affects all aspects of traditional agriculture in China. This paper examines the problems of agricultural transformation and development in our country from the perspective of information technology, and analyzes the opportunity of informatization and the profound influence brought to agriculture by the analysis of the information opportunities faced by the development of agriculture in China. Drawing lessons from the practices and experiences of developed countries in relying on information technology to promote agricultural development, and combining with the main problems faced by our agriculture under the background of information technology, It is considered that the information-based means represented by the Internet have become a major grasp of the transformation and development of China's agriculture, and it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural information infrastructure, to develop e-commerce platforms for agricultural products, and to cultivate and develop intelligent agriculture. The breakthrough in developing big data agriculture and increasing the information cooperative governance across regions has become the possible path for the transformation and development of Chinese agriculture.
