【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)經(jīng)歷了不斷地創(chuàng)新與成長(zhǎng),百姓的消費(fèi)需求變得多種多樣,消費(fèi)習(xí)慣也在潛移默化中發(fā)生改變。由曾經(jīng)的少品種大量消費(fèi)模式漸漸地向少量多品種的消費(fèi)模式轉(zhuǎn)變,由過(guò)去的在實(shí)體店進(jìn)行消費(fèi)的模式逐漸地向“線下體驗(yàn)+線上購(gòu)買”的體驗(yàn)消費(fèi)模式方向發(fā)展,在線消費(fèi)日漸成為廣大消費(fèi)者的首要選擇。為了應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求的改變,電商經(jīng)營(yíng)者必須調(diào)整公司運(yùn)營(yíng)以適應(yīng)該消費(fèi)模式下產(chǎn)生的混合訂單、更短的響應(yīng)周期、更高的生產(chǎn)能力、更可靠快速的物流配送服務(wù)等特點(diǎn)。在此形勢(shì)下,電商經(jīng)營(yíng)者逐漸開始建設(shè)自己的配送中心。電商配送中心的揀選作業(yè)通常是勞動(dòng)力最密集(人工揀選作業(yè)系統(tǒng))或資金最密集(自動(dòng)揀選作業(yè)系統(tǒng))的作業(yè),也就是所有作業(yè)中成本最高的作業(yè)。若想降低電商配送中心的整體運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,從揀選作業(yè)入手改進(jìn),能夠得到事半功倍的效果。針對(duì)揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)的相關(guān)理論研究與生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,并對(duì)國(guó)外的研究狀況進(jìn)行了梳理,參考其它學(xué)科的方法和理念,系統(tǒng)地進(jìn)行了研究。本文將從揀選作業(yè)的全過(guò)程中,挑選出核心環(huán)節(jié)——訂單分批問(wèn)題與揀選路徑優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,采取定性與定量結(jié)合,定量研究為主,通過(guò)構(gòu)建數(shù)學(xué)模型、系統(tǒng)聚類算法分析、算法優(yōu)化、算例分析以及實(shí)證分析來(lái)展開研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)訂單分批問(wèn)題建模及優(yōu)化方法研究。以所有批次總相似程度最大為目標(biāo)建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)該問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)聚類算法分析,然后對(duì)訂單進(jìn)行合理地分批。(2)揀選路徑問(wèn)題建模及優(yōu)化方法研究。在訂單分批問(wèn)題研究基礎(chǔ)上,以總揀選路徑最小為目標(biāo)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,系統(tǒng)考察配送中心揀選路徑的各種啟發(fā)式策略,設(shè)計(jì)了混合粒子群算法與啟發(fā)式策略相結(jié)合的優(yōu)化方法,然后求出優(yōu)化路徑。(3)通過(guò)對(duì)K醫(yī)藥企業(yè)物流中心實(shí)際工程問(wèn)題的研究,驗(yàn)證本文方法在處理工程實(shí)際問(wèn)題中的有效性。結(jié)果顯示,本文的相關(guān)研究為電商配送中心的揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化提出了一種新的思路和方法,較傳統(tǒng)揀選作業(yè)方法有明顯改善,為電商配送中心建設(shè)提供一定理論指導(dǎo),不失為一種有益的嘗試,具有一定的工程意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, e-commerce has experienced continuous innovation and growth, the consumer demand of the people has become diverse, consumption habits are also changing in the subtle change. From the consumption pattern of a large number of once few varieties to the consumption pattern of a few and more varieties, and from the past consumption pattern in the physical store to the experience consumption mode of "offline experience online purchase", it has gradually changed to the direction of experience consumption mode of "offline experience online purchase". Online consumption is becoming the primary choice for consumers. In order to cope with the change of market demand, e-commerce operators must adjust their operations to meet the characteristics of mixed orders, shorter response periods, higher production capacity and more reliable and rapid logistics and distribution services. In this situation, e-commerce operators gradually began to build their own distribution center. The picking operation of e-commerce distribution center is usually the most labor-intensive (manual picking operation system) or the most capital intensive (automatic sorting operation system), that is, the most cost of all operations. If we want to reduce the overall operating cost of e-commerce distribution center, improve the operation efficiency, start from the sorting operation, we can get twice the result with half the effort. Aiming at the optimization problem of picking operation, this paper combines the domestic relevant theory research and production practice, and combs the research status abroad, referring to the methods and concepts of other disciplines, systematically studies. From the whole process of picking, this paper will select the key link, order batch problem and picking path optimization problem, adopt the combination of qualitative and quantitative, quantitative research, through the construction of mathematical model, systematic clustering algorithm analysis. Algorithm optimization, case analysis and empirical analysis to carry out the research. The main research contents are as follows: 1) Modeling and optimization method of order batch problem. Aiming at the maximum similarity of all batches, the mathematical model is established, and the systematic clustering algorithm is used to analyze the problem. Then, the modeling and optimization method of the order picking path problem is studied. Based on the research of order batch problem, a mathematical model is established with the goal of minimum total picking path, and various heuristic strategies of picking path in distribution center are systematically investigated, and a hybrid particle swarm optimization method combining with heuristic strategy is designed. Then find out the optimization path. 3) through the study of the actual engineering problem of the logistics center of K pharmaceutical enterprise, verify the effectiveness of this method in dealing with the practical engineering problems. The results show that the related research in this paper provides a new way of thinking and method for the optimization of the sorting operation of the e-commerce distribution center, which is obviously improved compared with the traditional sorting operation method, and provides some theoretical guidance for the construction of the e-commerce distribution center. It is a beneficial attempt and has certain engineering significance.
