【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)由于價(jià)格低廉、操作方便、種類豐富受到越來(lái)越多消費(fèi)者的青睞,但消費(fèi)者在享受便利的同時(shí)也受到賣家誠(chéng)信、售后服務(wù)、物流以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等一些問(wèn)題的困擾。本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)環(huán)境中存在的問(wèn)題,指出政府要充分發(fā)揮"指揮棒"的作用,加強(qiáng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易的監(jiān)管,出臺(tái)電子商務(wù)法律法規(guī),創(chuàng)新管理思路與模式,鼓勵(lì)商家合理合法經(jīng)營(yíng),促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)市場(chǎng)的健康快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, network consumption is favored by more and more consumers because of its low price, convenient operation and rich variety. Logistics and network security and other problems. In view of the problems existing in the current network consumption environment, this paper points out that the government should give full play to the role of "baton", strengthen the supervision of network transactions, introduce laws and regulations of electronic commerce, and innovate management ideas and patterns. Encourage businesses to operate reasonably and legally, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the network market.
