【摘要】：在當前信息全球化和經(jīng)濟全球化的背景下,跨境電子商務作為一種新型的貿(mào)易方式,對國際經(jīng)濟格局產(chǎn)生了深遠的影響。我國作為目前世界進出口總額排名第一的世界貿(mào)易大國,正面臨著金融危機、人民幣升值、國內(nèi)勞動力成本上漲、國際貿(mào)易保護主義抬頭等問題的影響,整體對外貿(mào)易增長勢頭放緩,下行壓力較大。在傳統(tǒng)的對外貿(mào)易遇到諸多困難的情況下,跨境電子商務作為一個新事物,從豐富外貿(mào)經(jīng)營主體、降低企業(yè)經(jīng)營成本、改善競爭環(huán)境等方面對對外貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生了較為積極的影響,這些影響有效的減緩了上述問題對我國對外貿(mào)易的沖擊,對于對外貿(mào)易的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展起到了重要的作用。本片論文由引言部分,正文3章和結論共5部分組成,對跨境電子商務對對外貿(mào)易的影響進行研究。第一張是引言部分,首先對選題的背景、意義進行闡述,然后介紹了相關理論,通過相關文獻探討了國內(nèi)外跨境電子商務的研究現(xiàn)狀,之后介紹了本文的研究內(nèi)容和研究。第二章分析了我國跨境電子商務的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及不足。第三章細致分析了跨境電子商務對我國對外貿(mào)易的積極影響。第四章針對不足和影響,從企業(yè)自身和外部環(huán)境兩方面入手,提出了對于跨境電子商務應用情況的改進建議,以進一步發(fā)揮其推動作用。本文使用文獻資料發(fā)和系統(tǒng)研究法,依據(jù)長尾理論、信息價值和網(wǎng)絡競技理論,電子商務四階段模型理論,結合我國跨境電子商務發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對跨境電子商務對我國對外貿(mào)易的積極影響進行了研究分析,最后對相關的建議措施進行了探討。
[Abstract]:Under the background of information globalization and economic globalization, cross-border electronic commerce, as a new trade mode, has a profound influence on the international economic pattern. As the world's largest trading country with the highest total import and export volume in the world at present, China is facing the impact of the financial crisis, the appreciation of the RMB, the rise in domestic labor costs, the rise of international trade protectionism, and so on. Overall foreign trade growth momentum slowed down, downward pressure is greater. With many difficulties encountered in traditional foreign trade, cross-border electronic commerce, as a new thing, has had a more positive impact on foreign trade in terms of enriching the main body of foreign trade, reducing the operating costs of enterprises, improving the competitive environment, and so on. These effects have effectively slowed down the impact of the above problems on China's foreign trade, and played an important role in the stability and development of foreign trade. This paper is composed of five parts: introduction, chapter 3 and conclusion, to study the influence of cross-border e-commerce on foreign trade. The first part is the introduction. First, the background and significance of the topic are expounded, then the relevant theories are introduced, the research status of cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad is discussed through the relevant literature, and then the research content and research of this paper are introduced. The second chapter analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of cross-border e-commerce in China. Chapter three analyzes the positive influence of cross-border e-commerce on China's foreign trade. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the deficiency and influence, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the application of cross-border electronic commerce from the aspects of enterprise itself and external environment, so as to give full play to its promoting role. Based on the long tail theory, the theory of information value and network competition, the four-stage model theory of electronic commerce, and the present situation of cross-border electronic commerce in China, this paper uses the method of literature and system research. This paper studies and analyzes the positive influence of cross-border e-commerce on China's foreign trade, and finally probes into the relevant suggestions.
