快遞末端配送效率影響因素及優(yōu)化路徑研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代物流快速發(fā)展、電子商務(wù)需求旺盛以及政策等共同推動(dòng)快遞業(yè)主動(dòng)適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),保持穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)的健康發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。在快遞服務(wù)的所有環(huán)節(jié)中,末端配送環(huán)節(jié)處于配送的終端環(huán)節(jié),是直面終端消費(fèi)者開展服務(wù)的環(huán)節(jié)。其服務(wù)質(zhì)量的好壞和效率的高低往往影響著消費(fèi)者對(duì)快遞企業(yè)的印象,F(xiàn)階段,快遞末端配送始終存在配送成本高、服務(wù)質(zhì)量不足等配送效率低下現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重抑制了快遞行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)高效運(yùn)行和集約化生產(chǎn)的進(jìn)程,亟待優(yōu)化。本文以提升快遞末端配送效率作為研究目的。在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)和測(cè)度2007-2014年中國(guó)快遞末端配送效率值的基礎(chǔ)上,分析影響快遞末端配送效率的因素,梳理相應(yīng)的衡量指標(biāo)。在影響因素的實(shí)證分析中,以已測(cè)得效率值作為系統(tǒng)特征序列,運(yùn)用灰色綜合關(guān)聯(lián)分析法檢驗(yàn)效率的影響因素,并借助GM(1,N)模型構(gòu)建快遞末端配送效率動(dòng)態(tài)驅(qū)動(dòng)模型,識(shí)別效率演化中發(fā)揮制約作用的因素,為快遞末端配送效率優(yōu)化路徑的合理制定奠定基礎(chǔ)。中國(guó)快遞末端配送效率測(cè)度及其影響因素的分析結(jié)果顯示:我國(guó)快遞末端配送效率呈現(xiàn)逐步上升的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在效率的上升中,經(jīng)濟(jì)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物流業(yè)、電子商務(wù)、快遞基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和政策因素都發(fā)揮了影響作用。其中,經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、物流業(yè)、電子商務(wù)和政策等因素發(fā)揮了正向驅(qū)動(dòng)作用,而基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的落后和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率的低下也成為抑制快遞末端配送效率提升的制約因素,有待解決?爝f末端配送效率優(yōu)化路徑的制定應(yīng)以效率演化中瓶頸因素的消除即基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的強(qiáng)化作為首要著力點(diǎn)。結(jié)合快遞末端配送效率的內(nèi)涵和現(xiàn)狀,以運(yùn)營(yíng)效率優(yōu)化作為基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)化路徑,逐步采取策略實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)效率、營(yíng)銷效率和盈利效率等路徑的優(yōu)化。針對(duì)四條路徑提出優(yōu)化策略:強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、政策扶持相關(guān)行業(yè)、培訓(xùn)末端環(huán)節(jié)服務(wù)人員、運(yùn)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),提供末端增值服務(wù)、采用信息分析技術(shù)以及降低末端配送成本。優(yōu)化策略在保證相應(yīng)優(yōu)化路徑順利達(dá)成的同時(shí),有效帶動(dòng)快遞末端配送效率的提升,有助于快遞業(yè)生產(chǎn)的集約化、運(yùn)行的高效化和服務(wù)的優(yōu)質(zhì)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)物流業(yè)可持續(xù)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern logistics, the exuberant demand of electronic commerce and policies promote the express delivery industry to adapt to the new normal economy actively and maintain the healthy development situation of seeking progress in a steady state. In all the links of express service, the terminal distribution is the terminal link of distribution, which is the link of facing the terminal consumers to carry out the service. The quality of service and the level of efficiency often affect the consumer impression of express delivery enterprises. At present, the delivery of terminal delivery has always had the phenomenon of low efficiency, such as high cost of distribution and insufficient quality of service, which has seriously inhibited the process of efficient operation and intensive production of express delivery industry, which needs to be optimized urgently. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of delivery at the end of express delivery. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign literature and measuring the efficiency of terminal delivery in China from 2007 to 2014, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of terminal delivery of express delivery, and combs the corresponding measurement indexes. In the empirical analysis of the influencing factors, the measured efficiency value is taken as the system characteristic sequence, the grey comprehensive correlation analysis is used to test the influencing factors of efficiency, and the dynamic driving model of delivery efficiency at the end of express delivery is constructed with the help of GM1N) model. Identify the factors that restrict the evolution of efficiency and lay the foundation for making the optimal route of delivery efficiency at the end of express delivery. The result shows that the efficiency of express terminal distribution in China is increasing gradually. In the efficiency rise, the economy, the Internet, logistics, e-commerce, express infrastructure construction and policy factors have played a role. Among them, the economic environment, logistics industry, e-commerce and policy play a positive driving role, and the backward infrastructure construction and the low Internet penetration rate are also the constraints to restrain the efficiency of express delivery. It remains to be solved. To make the optimal route of delivery efficiency at the end of express delivery, the elimination of bottleneck factors in the evolution of efficiency, that is, the strengthening of infrastructure construction, should be the primary focus. Combined with the connotation and present situation of delivery efficiency at the end of express delivery, the optimization of service efficiency, marketing efficiency and profit efficiency is realized step by step with the optimization of operation efficiency as the basic optimization path. This paper puts forward the optimization strategies for the four paths: strengthening infrastructure construction, supporting related industries by policies, training end link service personnel, using Internet technology to provide terminal value-added services, Adopt information analysis technology and reduce terminal delivery cost. The optimization strategy not only ensures that the corresponding optimization path is reached smoothly, but also effectively promotes the efficiency of express delivery terminal distribution, which is helpful to the intensive production, high efficiency of operation and high quality of service in express delivery industry, and to realize the sustainable operation of logistics industry.
