生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)的物流系統(tǒng)可靠性分配模型

【摘要】:生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品是保障城市發(fā)展、關(guān)乎民生的基礎(chǔ)。隨著電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展以及政府政策的扶持,電商企業(yè)紛紛把目光轉(zhuǎn)向生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電商毛利率高、網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)需求潛力大并且回購率高,正在以更快的勢(shì)頭發(fā)展。但是生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電商的發(fā)展目前也面臨挑戰(zhàn)。生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品自身具有易腐易損的特點(diǎn),再加上其從采摘到運(yùn)輸、倉儲(chǔ)的過程中易受環(huán)境、設(shè)備等多種因素的影響。由此產(chǎn)生的損腐率高、送達(dá)不及時(shí)等問題會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致其市場(chǎng)價(jià)值和客戶的滿意度。因此如何保證生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電商物流的高效可靠,縮短電商物流配送時(shí)間,減少生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在物流過程中的損耗,是亟待解決的問題。本文主要研究內(nèi)容為生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)物流的可靠性,在分析生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電商發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從信息技術(shù)、設(shè)施設(shè)備、人員操作以及外部環(huán)境等方面分析影響生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電商物流可靠性的影響因素,運(yùn)用貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建模型并運(yùn)用GeNIe軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行仿真,分析各因素對(duì)系統(tǒng)可靠性的影響并計(jì)算各影響因素的重要度。以各影響因素的重要度為基礎(chǔ),考慮復(fù)雜度、成本等約束,構(gòu)建生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電商物流可靠性分配模型。模型的目標(biāo)是在滿足系統(tǒng)整體可靠性的基礎(chǔ)上最大化經(jīng)濟(jì)性。最后進(jìn)行算例仿真,依據(jù)仿真結(jié)果為生鮮電商企業(yè)提高可靠性提供切實(shí)可行的建議。
[Abstract]:Fresh agricultural products are the guarantee of urban development and the foundation of people's livelihood. With the development of electronic commerce and the support of government policy, e-commerce enterprises turn their attention to fresh agricultural products one after another, with high gross profit rate of fresh agricultural products, large potential of network consumption demand and high repurchase rate, which is developing with a faster momentum. However, the development of fresh agricultural products e-commerce is also facing challenges. Fresh agricultural products have the characteristics of perishability and vulnerability, in addition, they are easy to be affected by environment, equipment and other factors in the process of picking, transportation and storage. Such problems as high loss rate and untimely delivery will directly lead to its market value and customer satisfaction. Therefore, how to ensure the high efficiency and reliability of e-commerce logistics of fresh agricultural products, shorten the distribution time of e-commerce logistics, and reduce the loss of fresh agricultural products in the process of logistics is an urgent problem to be solved. The main content of this paper is the reliability of e-commerce logistics of fresh agricultural products. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of e-commerce development of fresh agricultural products, this paper analyzes the information technology, facilities and equipment. The factors influencing the reliability of e-commerce logistics of fresh and fresh agricultural products are analyzed from the aspects of personnel operation and external environment. The model is constructed by using Bayesian network and simulated by GeNIe software. The influence of each factor on system reliability is analyzed and the importance of each factor is calculated. Based on the importance of various factors and considering the constraints of complexity and cost, the reliability distribution model of e-commerce logistics for fresh agricultural products is constructed. The goal of the model is to maximize the economy on the basis of satisfying the overall reliability of the system. Finally, a simulation example is carried out to provide practical suggestions for improving the reliability of fresh electricity business enterprises according to the simulation results.
