【摘要】：中國移動自2004年成立以來,作為電信商的一員,一直保持著快速的發(fā)展步伐。但隨著我國電子商務、數(shù)據(jù)多媒體等新興業(yè)務的出現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)的移動賬務系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能滿足日益增長的客戶需求。傳統(tǒng)的賬務管理系統(tǒng)只是對客戶的賬務進行管理,忽略了客戶信息中潛在的大量有價值的信息,導致無法為客戶制定他們真正需要的業(yè)務。本文著眼于移動賬務管理的需求,同時結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,設計并實現(xiàn)了一種可以有效挖掘客戶和移動業(yè)務信息的賬務管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先結(jié)合了信息化的發(fā)展趨勢以及國內(nèi)外賬務管理系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的研究現(xiàn)狀,針對賬務管理中的業(yè)務需求以及客戶的信息挖掘需求,按照軟件工程的流程,設計了系統(tǒng)的用例圖以及流程圖,完成了對移動賬務管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設計,系統(tǒng)分為7個功能模塊:呆壞賬管理模塊、用戶賬款管理模塊、賬單管理模塊、客戶信息管理模塊、業(yè)務管理模塊、決策分析模塊和系統(tǒng)管理模塊。系統(tǒng)基于MVC架構(gòu),采用JAVA開發(fā),引入了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和數(shù)據(jù)倉庫等技術(shù),利用聚類和關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法對中國移動的客戶信息進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析。移動賬務管理系統(tǒng)在實現(xiàn)移動賬務信息化管理的同時也挖掘了客戶中潛在的價值,了解到客戶的特征和需求,為移動管理層提供了科學的決策依據(jù)。該系統(tǒng)運用計算機網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了移動賬務管理工作的信息化管理和客戶信息的挖掘,系統(tǒng)的使用一方面能避免了人工操作所引起的差錯,提升移動賬務管理的效率和質(zhì)量,具有一定的實用性,另一方面能了解用戶的特點,為用戶定制業(yè)務。
[Abstract]:China Mobile since its establishment in 2004, as a member of telecommunications companies, has been maintaining a rapid pace of development. However, with the emergence of electronic commerce, data multimedia and other new services in China, the traditional mobile accounting system can no longer meet the increasing needs of customers. The traditional accounting management system only manages the account affairs of the customer, neglecting a large amount of potential valuable information in the customer information, resulting in unable to make the business that they really need for the customer. Based on the requirement of mobile account management and data mining, this paper designs and implements a kind of account management system which can effectively mine customer and mobile business information. This paper first combines the development trend of information technology and the research status of domestic and foreign accounting management system and data mining, aiming at the business requirements of account management and customer information mining needs, according to the flow of software engineering, The use case diagram and flow chart of the system are designed, and the analysis and design of the mobile account management system are completed. The system is divided into seven functional modules: bad account management module, user account management module, bill management module. Customer information management module, business management module, decision analysis module and system management module. The system is based on MVC architecture, developed by JAVA, introduced data mining and data warehouse technology, and used clustering and association rules algorithm to mine and analyze the customer information of China Mobile. The mobile account management system not only realizes the information management of mobile accounts, but also excavates the potential value of customers, understands the characteristics and needs of customers, and provides a scientific basis for decision-making of mobile management. The system uses computer network technology and data mining technology to realize the information management of mobile account management and the mining of customer information. On the one hand, the use of the system can avoid the errors caused by manual operation. It is practical to improve the efficiency and quality of mobile account management. On the other hand, it can understand the characteristics of users and customize services for users.
