中職學校電子商務課程的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學實踐研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經濟發(fā)展以及產業(yè)結構變化,勞動力供大于求的現(xiàn)狀,使就業(yè)面臨著前所未有的壓力,尤其是中等職業(yè)學校這樣學歷不高的學生就業(yè)更加困難。因此在中等職業(yè)學校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對于增強學生的動手實踐能力、拓寬就業(yè)選擇范圍、增加學生的就業(yè)收入等方面具有相當重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文將我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育納入中等職業(yè)學校的課堂,與具體的學科電子商務課程相結合。通過對中職學生網(wǎng)上購物需求及選擇購買商品類別的調查獲取了大量信息和第一手資料,根據(jù)調查結果對中職學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿及創(chuàng)業(yè)面臨的主要困難做出全面分析。依據(jù)分析結合中職學生與電子商務專業(yè)特點選擇相對操作簡單、實際有效并且困難程度較小,興趣程度高的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式——網(wǎng)上開店。利用創(chuàng)業(yè)教育相關理論及自身的一些網(wǎng)店實踐經驗,指導中職學校電子商務專業(yè)學生在網(wǎng)上開店創(chuàng)業(yè),讓學生自己親身參與到開設與經營網(wǎng)店的實踐操作中,并且獲得實際收益,實現(xiàn)學習與收入并獲。全文共分五章,內容概要如下: 第一章“導論”,主要評述了當前中職學校電子商務人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題和國內外創(chuàng)業(yè)教育尤其是針對于中職學生的已有研究,說明本文的研究內容、方法和思路,同時簡潔闡明本文的選題理由;第二章“中職學生電子商務創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀調查”,對遼寧省對外貿易學校、大連市輕工業(yè)學校、大連市經濟貿易學校,盤錦職業(yè)技術學校四所中等職業(yè)學校學生網(wǎng)上購物需求及選擇購買商品類別展開一次問卷調查。這一章里介紹了調查問卷的設計、發(fā)放、回收,根據(jù)對調查問卷的結果,論證了中職學生創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及可以選擇的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式。第三章“電子商務課程具體應用”,這一章里具體講述電子商務教學中的實際應用,包括建立網(wǎng)店、選擇經營模式和網(wǎng)店實際經營,展示學生的網(wǎng)店商品圖片,經營收益,為中職學生電子商務課程網(wǎng)上創(chuàng)業(yè)提供教學指導建議,總結出學生經營網(wǎng)店的一些實際有效的管理經驗,以供中職學生建立網(wǎng)店作參考,實現(xiàn)學生的自我創(chuàng)業(yè)。第四章“存在的問題與解決策略”具體講述中職學生開設網(wǎng)店創(chuàng)業(yè)存在的主要問題,根據(jù)中職學生電子商務網(wǎng)店創(chuàng)業(yè)實際教學效果,提出中職學生創(chuàng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢。第五章“結論”通過以上四章對電子商務專業(yè)進行創(chuàng)業(yè)教學的可行性進行了全面的分析,進而提出中職學校學生開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的若干策略思考。同時提出本文的創(chuàng)新與不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the change of industrial structure, the oversupply of labor force makes the employment face unprecedented pressure, especially for the students with low academic qualifications such as secondary vocational school. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools in order to enhance students' practical ability, widen the scope of employment choice and increase students' employment income. This paper introduces entrepreneurship education into the classroom of secondary vocational school and combines it with the course of e-commerce. Through the survey of the students' online shopping demand and the choice of purchasing commodity category, the author obtains a lot of information and first-hand information, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the students' entrepreneurial willingness and the main difficulties they face according to the results of the survey. According to the analysis combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and electronic commerce major, choose the business model which is relatively simple, effective and difficult in practice, and high degree of interest. By using the related theory of entrepreneurship education and some practical experience of online store, this paper instructs the students of e-commerce major in secondary vocational school to start a business online, and let the students themselves participate in the practical operation of opening and running online store. And obtain actual income, realize study and income and gain. The full text is divided into five chapters, which are summarized as follows: The first chapter, "introduction", mainly comments on the problems existing in the training of e-commerce talents in secondary vocational schools and the existing research on entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, especially for secondary vocational school students, and explains the research contents, methods and ideas of this paper. At the same time, it briefly explains the reasons for selecting this topic. Chapter two, "investigation on the status quo of Electronic Commerce Entrepreneurship of Secondary Vocational School", gives a survey of Liaoning Foreign Trade School, Dalian Light Industry School, Dalian Economic and Trade School. Panjin Vocational and Technical School four secondary vocational school students online shopping needs and choose to purchase a questionnaire survey. This chapter introduces the questionnaire design, distribution, recovery, according to the results of the questionnaire, demonstrated the status of secondary vocational school students entrepreneurship and the choice of entrepreneurial model. The third chapter "E-commerce course concrete application", this chapter concretely narrates the practical application in the e-business teaching, including the establishment of the online shop, the choice of the business model and the actual operation of the online shop, shows the student's online store commodity picture, the management income, This paper provides teaching guidance for students' e-business course online entrepreneurship, summarizes some practical and effective management experience of students running online stores, so as to provide reference for secondary vocational school students to set up online shops and realize students' self-entrepreneurship. The fourth chapter, "problems and solutions", specifically describes the main problems of students in secondary vocational school to set up online shop entrepreneurship, according to the actual teaching results of e-commerce shop entrepreneurship, puts forward the advantages of secondary vocational school students entrepreneurship. Chapter five "conclusion" makes a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility of entrepreneurship teaching for e-commerce majors through the above four chapters, and then puts forward some strategies for students in secondary vocational schools to carry out entrepreneurship education. At the same time, the innovation and deficiency of this paper are put forward.
