電子商務(wù)信任與決策模型研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和Internet技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和普及,電子商務(wù)作為一種新興的商業(yè)模式得到了迅猛發(fā)展,為人們的生活帶來了很多的便利,但同時(shí)也帶來了很多安全隱患和威脅,其中信任缺失問題已經(jīng)成為阻礙電子商務(wù)健康快速發(fā)展的瓶頸。如何建立、維護(hù)、促進(jìn)電子商務(wù)交易雙方的信任關(guān)系,明晰交易存在的客觀風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為交易提供可靠的、安全的、科學(xué)的交易決策依據(jù),保證交易的安全進(jìn)行,已經(jīng)成為實(shí)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)更進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的最急需解決的主要問題。本文主要的研究工作包括:(1)分析了現(xiàn)有典型的電子商務(wù)信任評(píng)估模型并從多角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行分類研究。主要從信任類別進(jìn)行分類研究。(2)分析了與電子商務(wù)信任、交易決策理論等有關(guān)的核心概念。從不同領(lǐng)域?qū)π湃蔚亩x進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)信任的分類及特征進(jìn)行了討論,最后解釋了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和可交易度的含義。(3)提出了一種基于二層節(jié)點(diǎn)和客觀風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的電子商務(wù)信任評(píng)估模型。本模型引入了二層節(jié)點(diǎn)的推薦信息,考慮了較為全面的影響因素(交易金額、交易時(shí)間、交易次數(shù)、交易評(píng)分、交易失敗懲罰因子等)來綜合計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)信任度,并融入了交易中可能存在的客觀風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出可交易度的概念,將其作為節(jié)點(diǎn)是否進(jìn)行交易的決策依據(jù)。經(jīng)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,本模型能夠有效提高交易決策的安全性和有效性且具有較強(qiáng)的抗攻擊能力。(4)提出了一種基于層次分析法(AHP)的電子商務(wù)交易決策模型。本模型引入層次分析法進(jìn)行定性與定量分析,并綜合商品屬性、服務(wù)態(tài)度、物流服務(wù)、安全系統(tǒng)等多個(gè)方面計(jì)算交易決策依據(jù)的具體量化值,為交易決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析證明,本模型有效提高了電子商務(wù)交易決策的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性,幫助買家避免惡意交易。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, with the rapid development and popularization of computer and Internet technology, e-commerce has developed rapidly as a new business model. It has brought many conveniences for people's life, but it also brings a lot of security risks and threats. The problem of lack of trust has become a hindrance to the health of e-commerce. The bottleneck of rapid development is how to establish, maintain, promote the trust relationship between the two parties, clear the objective risk of the transaction, provide reliable, safe and scientific basis for the transaction and ensure the safety of the transaction, which has become the most urgent problem to be solved in the further development of e-commerce. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) it analyzes the existing typical e-commerce trust evaluation model and classifies it from multiple angles. It mainly classifies it from the category of trust. (2) it analyzes the core concepts related to e-commerce trust and transaction decision theory, and expounds the definition of trust from different fields. The classification and characteristics of trust are discussed, and the meaning of risk and transactional degree is explained at last. (3) an e-business trust evaluation model based on two layers of nodes and objective risks is proposed. This model introduces the recommendation information of two layers of nodes and takes into account the more comprehensive factors (transaction amount, transaction time, transaction times, and exchange rate). Easy score, transaction failure penalty factor, etc. to calculate the degree of trust of the node, and integrate the possible objective risk in the transaction, and put forward the concept of the transaction degree as the basis for the decision of the transaction. The simulation experiment proves that the model can effectively improve the security and effectiveness of the transaction decision and have a strong effect. 4. (4) an e-business transaction decision model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed. This model introduces the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for qualitative and quantitative analysis, and calculates the quantitative value of the decision basis in many aspects, such as commodity attribute, service attitude, logistics service, security system and so on. It provides a number of transaction decisions. According to the experimental analysis, it is proved that this model effectively improves the accuracy and effectiveness of e-commerce trading decisions, and helps buyers avoid malicious transactions.
