【摘要】：近幾年,在電子商務強大的發(fā)展攻勢下,傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)的經(jīng)營模式受到了極大的挑戰(zhàn),這些企業(yè)都開始轉戰(zhàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交易平臺,搶占網(wǎng)絡購物交易市場。蘇寧是傳統(tǒng)零售行業(yè)中比較早認識到這種危機的企業(yè),也是傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)轉戰(zhàn)電商的典型企業(yè),值得人們?nèi)ド钊胝{(diào)查研究。因此,本文在傳統(tǒng)零售行業(yè)紛紛進行大轉型的背景下,運用哈佛分析框架對蘇寧云商進行詳細的財務報表分析,從而得出相關結論和一些參考建議。本文前半部分對文章的背景進行詳細的介紹,包括寫作背景和哈佛分析框架的引入及介紹。后半部分是本文的核心部分,通過哈佛分析的架構對蘇寧云商進行深層次分析。包括戰(zhàn)略分析(PSER環(huán)境分析和SWOT分析)、會計分析(資產(chǎn)負債表的質(zhì)量分析、利潤表的分析和現(xiàn)金流量表的分析)、財務分析(償債能力分析、盈利能力分析和營運能力分析)、對企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展做出前景預測。最后總結其轉型當中遇到的問題,并根據(jù)這些問題為蘇寧云商提出相應的建議。希望這些建議可以對蘇寧云商有所幫助,同時也能為其他正在轉型的傳統(tǒng)零售行業(yè)提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the strong development offensive of electronic commerce, the management mode of the traditional retail enterprises has been greatly challenged. These enterprises have begun to switch to the Internet trading platform to seize the online shopping market. Su Ning is one of the enterprises in the traditional retail industry that realized the crisis earlier, and is also a typical enterprise of traditional retailing enterprises to switch to e-commerce, which is worthy of further investigation and study. Therefore, under the background of the transformation of the traditional retail industry, this paper uses the Harvard analysis framework to analyze the detailed financial statements of Su Ning cloud business, and draws some relevant conclusions and some reference suggestions. The first part of this paper introduces the background of the paper in detail, including the background of writing and the introduction and introduction of Harvard analytical framework. The second part is the core of this paper, through the framework of Harvard analysis of Su Ning cloud quotient in-depth analysis. These include strategic analysis, PSER environmental analysis and SWOT analysis, accounting analysis (balance sheet quality analysis, income statement analysis and cash flow statement analysis, financial analysis (solvency analysis), Profitability analysis and operating capacity analysis to predict the future development of the enterprise. Finally, it summarizes the problems encountered in its transformation, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for Su Ning's cloud business. I hope these suggestions can be helpful to Su Ning cloud business, but also provide some reference for other transforming traditional retail industries.
