【摘要】：為了確�？缇畴娮由虅�(wù)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)順利發(fā)展,需立足我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)我國(guó)電子商務(wù)的政府監(jiān)管問題進(jìn)行深入研究,從而提出可行性較高的改善措施,包括創(chuàng)新原有監(jiān)管方式、提高通關(guān)效率,完善法律政策、加強(qiáng)對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體的規(guī)范管理,搭建公共信息平臺(tái)以及加快完善社會(huì)誠(chéng)信監(jiān)督機(jī)制等,以期進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the smooth development of cross-border e-commerce, it is necessary to study the current situation of cross-border e-commerce in our country, make an in-depth study on the government supervision of China's electronic commerce, and put forward higher feasibility measures, including innovative methods of supervision, improve the efficiency of customs clearance, improve the legal policy, and strengthen the main body of management. In order to further promote the healthy development of cross border e-commerce in China, we should standardize management, build public information platform and accelerate the improvement of social integrity supervision mechanism.
