【摘要】：電子商務(wù)法是非法律高職院校電子商務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)普遍開(kāi)設(shè)的行業(yè)法規(guī),具有行業(yè)法規(guī)職業(yè)性和技術(shù)性的特點(diǎn),目前的高職院校電子商務(wù)法教材多為學(xué)科本位的體例,不適應(yīng)高職教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);以高職教育項(xiàng)目主題式課程模式作指導(dǎo),對(duì)電子商務(wù)法課程教材體例進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),并提出了該課程開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)關(guān)注的三個(gè)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:E-commerce law is a kind of trade law which is generally set up in non-legal higher vocational colleges. It has the characteristics of profession and technology. At present, the teaching materials of e-commerce law in higher vocational colleges are mostly subject-oriented. Under the guidance of the subject course mode of higher vocational education, this paper innovates the design of the teaching materials for the course of electronic commerce law, and puts forward three problems that should be paid attention to in the development of the course.
