【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,市場競爭越來越激烈,企業(yè)之間的競爭不再是兩個企業(yè)的競爭,而是以企業(yè)為中心的供應(yīng)鏈的競爭,企業(yè)同樣面臨著不斷縮短交貨周期、提高供貨產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低采購總成本和不斷改善服務(wù)的壓力。采購戰(zhàn)略作為企業(yè)整體戰(zhàn)略的一部分,在新的競爭環(huán)境和公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)下,企業(yè)面臨重大挑戰(zhàn)。采購是企業(yè)的核心部分,是企業(yè)的成本中心,更是供應(yīng)鏈中連接企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。好的采購戰(zhàn)略可以降低采購成本以及企業(yè)投入的總體成本,投入總成本的降低逐漸成為企業(yè)獲得不斷競爭優(yōu)勢的重要來源。本文在深入調(diào)查、收集、整理第一手資料的基礎(chǔ)上,以先進(jìn)的供應(yīng)鏈管理理論為指導(dǎo),對伊泰集團(tuán)物資采購戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。首先,說明了伊泰集團(tuán)所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,分析了伊泰集團(tuán)采購戰(zhàn)略和整體戰(zhàn)略及其相關(guān)性。接著,分析伊泰集團(tuán)集中采購戰(zhàn)略,對采購品類、供應(yīng)商管理以及采購成本管理等方面進(jìn)行分析。然后,結(jié)合伊泰集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有情況,對采購管理重點方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,在供應(yīng)鏈基礎(chǔ)上對不同的物資類型設(shè)計不同的采購策略,提出伊泰集團(tuán)的采購品類分類、供應(yīng)商管理以及采購成本管理優(yōu)化方法。尤其是就以下問題進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新性分析,一是將供應(yīng)商合作采購關(guān)系分為四種關(guān)系:正常采購關(guān)系、優(yōu)先采購關(guān)系、合作伙伴關(guān)系和戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟采購關(guān)系,二是建立適合公司的定性定量相結(jié)合的供應(yīng)商評價體系;三是在物資采購信息化系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化。最后,在實施戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟采購、電子商務(wù)采購方面提出實施對策和建議。論文結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)理論知識,理論聯(lián)系實際,對伊泰集團(tuán)物資采購戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析研究,希望為伊泰集團(tuán)采購戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展提供方向,也為我國其他煤炭企業(yè)采購管理改革提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. The competition between enterprises is no longer the competition of two enterprises, but the competition of supply chain centered on enterprises. Improve the quality of products, reduce the total cost of procurement and continuous improvement of service pressure. Procurement strategy as a part of the overall strategy of enterprises, in the new competitive environment and corporate organizational structure, enterprises face major challenges. Purchasing is the core part of the enterprise, the cost center of the enterprise, and the key link between the enterprise and the supplier in the supply chain. A good purchasing strategy can reduce the cost of purchasing and the total cost of enterprise input, and the reduction of total cost of input has gradually become an important source for enterprises to gain continuous competitive advantage. On the basis of deep investigation, collection and collation of firsthand data, and guided by advanced supply chain management theory, this paper makes a detailed study on the material purchasing strategy of Yitai Group. First of all, it explains the internal and external environment of Itay Group, analyzes the procurement strategy and the overall strategy of Itay Group and its relevance. Then, it analyzes the centralized purchasing strategy of Yitai Group, and analyzes the purchasing category, supplier management and purchasing cost management. Then, according to the current situation of Yitai Group, the paper optimizes the key aspects of procurement management, designs different purchasing strategies for different material types on the basis of supply chain, and puts forward the classification of procurement categories of Yitai Group. Supplier management and procurement cost management optimization methods. In particular, innovative analysis is carried out on the following issues: first, the supplier cooperative procurement relationship is divided into four types: normal procurement relationship, priority procurement relationship, cooperative partnership and strategic alliance procurement relationship. The second is to establish a supplier evaluation system which is suitable for the company's qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the third is to optimize the business process in the material purchasing information system. Finally, in the implementation of strategic alliance procurement, e-commerce procurement aspects of the implementation of countermeasures and suggestions. Combined with supply chain management and other related theories, this paper analyzes and studies the material procurement strategy of Itay Group, hoping to provide a direction for the development of the procurement strategy of Yitai Group. Also for other coal enterprises in China procurement management reform to provide reference.
