跨境電商背景下LY公司空運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)策略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),跨境電商在全球范圍內(nèi)快速發(fā)展,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化帶動(dòng)跨境電商對(duì)傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際貿(mào)易體系顛覆性的創(chuàng)新。各國(guó)政府都對(duì)跨境電商投入極高的關(guān)注度,它是適應(yīng)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的最新發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。中國(guó)政府接連出臺(tái)跨境電商新政、增設(shè)跨境電商試點(diǎn)城市,積極發(fā)展有利于中國(guó)跨境電商的政治環(huán)境。國(guó)家對(duì)跨境電商的力促發(fā)展,更多旨在扶持相關(guān)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)借助新科技實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),通過(guò)調(diào)整企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略,使企業(yè)注入新的活力,從而在跨境電商發(fā)展的大潮中提升企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。實(shí)踐證明,物流運(yùn)輸是跨境電商的執(zhí)行保證。而在當(dāng)今高效的數(shù)字化時(shí)代,空運(yùn)的快捷、安全、靈活性強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)特點(diǎn),有效地保證跨境電商消費(fèi)者對(duì)于時(shí)效的要求?缇畴娚痰陌l(fā)展給空運(yùn)發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大的商機(jī)。但傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)際空運(yùn)在向跨境電商運(yùn)輸轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程缺乏諸多硬件和軟件的配套支持,比如跨境電商專業(yè)人才匱乏,跨境電商海外倉(cāng)的建設(shè),跨境電商綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè),國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)的搭建以及政府的相關(guān)支持等。跨境物流的服務(wù)水平在很大程度上決定著跨境電商整體發(fā)展的速度與方向。在新形勢(shì)下,傳統(tǒng)的空運(yùn)企業(yè)必須要根據(jù)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展需求,整合資源并進(jìn)行改革與創(chuàng)新,利用智能信息化來(lái)促進(jìn)跨境電商背景下空運(yùn)的發(fā)展,以期提升客戶的體驗(yàn)度,并在為客戶提供高質(zhì)量的專業(yè)服務(wù)的同時(shí),創(chuàng)造良好的跨境電商行業(yè)氛圍。本文以LY公司為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)空運(yùn)與跨境電商發(fā)展進(jìn)行概述,通過(guò)PEST分析法和“五力”模型分析法對(duì)LY公司空運(yùn)發(fā)展進(jìn)行環(huán)境分析;接著采用組合預(yù)測(cè)法(三次指數(shù)平滑法和GM(1,1)灰色預(yù)測(cè)法相結(jié)合)對(duì)與LY公司跨境電商空運(yùn)發(fā)展相關(guān)的機(jī)場(chǎng)國(guó)際貨量進(jìn)行需求分析,進(jìn)而對(duì)LY公司跨境電商空運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),分析LY公司跨境電商空運(yùn)發(fā)展的必要性和可行性;最后運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)LY公司發(fā)展定位,剖析LY公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,從而找出符合LY公司跨境電商空運(yùn)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略--結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)空運(yùn)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)及有效資源、與跨境電商業(yè)務(wù)相銜接指出所需要的相關(guān)硬、軟件配套建設(shè),更好地促進(jìn)LY公司的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展,打造成立足本省、面向全國(guó)、走向全世界的跨境電商空運(yùn)集散地和分撥中心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly in the world, and global economic integration has led to the disruptive innovation of cross-border e-commerce to the traditional international trading system. Governments are paying great attention to cross-border ecommerce, which is the latest trend of international trade. The Chinese government has introduced a series of new cross-border e-commerce policies, adding new cross-border e-commerce pilot cities to actively develop a political environment conducive to cross-border e-commerce in China. The state's efforts to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce are aimed at supporting related traditional industries to achieve transformation and upgrading with the help of new technologies, and by adjusting the business strategy of the enterprises, to inject new vitality into the enterprises. In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in the tide of cross-border e-commerce development. Practice has proved that logistics transportation is the executive guarantee of cross-border ecommerce. In today's efficient digital age, air transportation has the advantages of fast, safe and flexible, which can effectively guarantee the requirement of time limitation for cross-border e-commerce consumers. The development of cross-border e-commerce brings huge business opportunities to the development of air transportation. However, in the process of transforming traditional international air transportation to cross-border e-commerce transportation, there is a lack of supporting hardware and software, such as the lack of professional personnel for cross-border e-commerce, the construction of overseas warehouses for cross-border e-commerce, and the construction of comprehensive service platforms for cross-border e-commerce. The construction of the international network and the relevant support of the government and so on. The service level of cross-border logistics largely determines the speed and direction of the overall development of cross-border e-commerce. Under the new situation, the traditional air transportation enterprises must integrate resources, reform and innovate according to the development demand of the market, and make use of intelligent information to promote the development of air transportation in the context of cross-border e-commerce, in order to enhance the experience of customers. And to provide customers with high-quality professional services at the same time, create a good cross-border e-commerce industry atmosphere. In this paper, LY company as the research object, first of all, the development of air transportation and cross-border e-commerce were summarized, through PEST analysis and "five forces" model analysis of the development of LY air transport environment analysis; Then the combined forecasting method (combination of cubic exponential smoothing method and GMY 1 / 1 grey forecasting method) is used to analyze the airport international volume related to the development of LY company's cross-border commercial air transportation, and then to forecast the volume of LY company's cross-border commercial air transportation business. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of LY Company's cross-border e-commerce air transportation, and finally analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of LY Company by using SWOT analysis method to locate the development of LY Company. In order to find out the business strategy in line with the development of LY Company's cross-border e-commerce air transportation-combining the foundation and effective resources of the traditional air transportation development, and linking up with the cross-border e-commerce business to point out the necessary hardware and software supporting construction, Better promote the sustainable development of LY, create a full province, facing the whole country, to the world of cross-border e-commerce air distribution center and distribution center.
