【摘要】：電子商務(wù)的深入發(fā)展,改變了傳統(tǒng)的營銷模式,同時(shí)也對傳統(tǒng)的審計(jì)帶來了巨大的沖擊。文章首先分析了B2C電子商務(wù)審計(jì)的必要性,然后梳理了B2C電子商務(wù)模式及其操作流程,在此基礎(chǔ)之上分析了電商環(huán)境對審計(jì)工作帶來的影響,以及在開展審計(jì)工作過程中的難點(diǎn)所在并提出解決措施,最后提出對B2C電子商務(wù)實(shí)施線上審計(jì)的具體流程。
[Abstract]:The deep development of e-commerce has changed the traditional marketing mode and brought great impact to the traditional audit. This paper first analyzes the necessity of B2C e-commerce audit, then combs the B2C e-commerce mode and its operation flow, and then analyzes the impact of e-commerce environment on audit work. The difficulties in the process of carrying out the audit work are put forward, and the solutions are put forward. Finally, the specific process of the online audit of B2C e-commerce is put forward.
