【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟進(jìn)入到新常態(tài)時期,消費已經(jīng)成為拉動我國經(jīng)濟增長的主要動力。擴大消費需求,提高消費水平和質(zhì)量已然成為我國進(jìn)行調(diào)控的重要方向和目標(biāo)。農(nóng)村消費作為我國消費的重要組成部分,一直以來受到消費條件的限制,在消費水平和消費結(jié)構(gòu)方面與城市相比有較大的差距。近年來,隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普遍應(yīng)用,誕生了一種區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟的經(jīng)濟形態(tài)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟,各種市場主體在網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺直接聯(lián)系進(jìn)行交易,導(dǎo)致交易的方式發(fā)生了明顯的轉(zhuǎn)變。網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,對農(nóng)村地區(qū)的消費環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了顯著的影響,使得消費環(huán)境更加便利和人性化。此外,農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,增加了農(nóng)村居民的收入,提高了其消費傾向�；诖吮尘�,研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟對農(nóng)村居民消費水平和消費結(jié)構(gòu)的影響具有重要的理論意義和實踐意義。本文利用理論分析和實證分析相結(jié)合的方法展開研究。理論分析方面,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟對農(nóng)村居民消費的各種影響機理,如對消費實現(xiàn)條件的優(yōu)化和消費實現(xiàn)成本的降低,以及對農(nóng)村居民消費需求和效用的影響;在實證分析方面,利用向量自回歸模型和固定效應(yīng)模型,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟對農(nóng)村居民消費水平和消費結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。實證分析顯示,目前在網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟的大環(huán)境下,農(nóng)村居民的整體消費水平和消費結(jié)構(gòu)有一定程度的提高和改善,但還有很大的提升空間,關(guān)鍵的制約因素在于客觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及保障體系的不完善和消費者主觀認(rèn)識及運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的不足。筆者認(rèn)為要想進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)農(nóng)村居民在網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟背景下的整體消費水平,必須致力于加快農(nóng)村地區(qū)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的完善和優(yōu)化升級,提高農(nóng)村居民的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運用能力,完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟下消費所需的配套體系,例如物流體系、網(wǎng)絡(luò)支付體系、網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費監(jiān)管體系以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費用戶信息安全體系等方面的建設(shè),從總體上保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下農(nóng)村居民消費更加便利,更加放心。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:(1)從整體角度出發(fā),對農(nóng)村居民消費進(jìn)行量和質(zhì)的研究,全面分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟對農(nóng)村居民消費的影響。(2)采用理論分析和實證分析相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行研究。將理論支撐和實證檢驗相結(jié)合,使分析結(jié)果更具可信度。
[Abstract]:China's economy has entered the new normal period, consumption has become the main driving force of China's economic growth.Expanding consumption demand and improving consumption level and quality have become the important direction and goal of China's regulation and control.Rural consumption, as an important part of consumption in China, has been restricted by consumption conditions, and there is a big gap between rural consumption level and urban consumption structure.In recent years, with the development of computer technology and the widespread application of network, a kind of economic form-network economy, which is different from the traditional economy, was born.There has been a clear shift in the way the deal has been made.The development of network economy has a remarkable influence on the consumption environment in rural areas, which makes the consumption environment more convenient and humanized.In addition, the rapid development of rural e-commerce increases the income of rural residents and increases their propensity to consume.Based on this background, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of network economy on the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents.This paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to carry out the research.In the aspect of theoretical analysis, it analyzes the influence mechanism of network economy on rural residents' consumption, such as the optimization of consumption realization conditions and the reduction of consumption realization cost, as well as the impact of network economy on rural residents' consumption demand and utility.By using vector autoregressive model and fixed effect model, this paper analyzes the influence of network economy on consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents, and draws relevant conclusions.Empirical analysis shows that under the environment of network economy, the overall consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents have a certain degree of improvement and improvement, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.The key restricting factors are the imperfection of objective infrastructure and security system and the deficiency of consumers' subjective understanding and ability to use network.The author believes that in order to further promote the overall consumption level of rural residents under the background of the network economy, we must devote ourselves to speeding up the improvement and optimization of rural Internet infrastructure and improving the ability of rural residents to use the Internet.To improve the necessary supporting systems for consumption in the network economy, such as logistics system, network payment system, network consumption supervision system and information security system of network consumer, etc.From the overall protection of network economic environment rural residents more convenient consumption, more assured.The innovation of this paper lies in: (1) from the whole point of view, to study the quantity and quality of rural residents' consumption, and to analyze the influence of network economy on rural residents' consumption. 2) to use the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to carry on the research.The theoretical support and empirical test are combined to make the results more reliable.
