【摘要】：隨著能源信息經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展和電力改革的逐步深入,電力企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),實(shí)施電力物資集約化管理已經(jīng)成為不可阻擋的趨勢(shì)。在此背景下,本著實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率物資需求與供應(yīng)模式相結(jié)合的管理目標(biāo),構(gòu)建立足于集約化的覆蓋供應(yīng)鏈全過程的物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)系統(tǒng),并強(qiáng)化對(duì)物資供應(yīng)商的管理,優(yōu)化物資管理流程,全面提升物資管理水平,無疑是一個(gè)具有重要意義的研究課題。本文對(duì)A公司物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)及供應(yīng)商選擇與流程優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行了研究。論文首先在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外物資集約化管理有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了物資集約化、集中采購(gòu)、電子商務(wù)管理等基礎(chǔ)理論,從而為全文研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)；其次,緊密結(jié)合A公司的實(shí)際情況,利用SWOT方法對(duì)A公司物資集約化管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面而深入的分析；再次,針對(duì)A公司在物資集約化管理中存在的突出問題,論述了構(gòu)建物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的必要性和可行性,分析了物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程和數(shù)據(jù)流程,設(shè)計(jì)了物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的總體技術(shù)架構(gòu)和總體功能架構(gòu),同時(shí)也從主要數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)、信息集成、輸入/輸出、系統(tǒng)安全性等方面對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)系統(tǒng)的主要功能,為A電力公司物資集約化管理的順利實(shí)施提供了必要的信息化條件；最后,基于集約化的物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)系統(tǒng),充分考慮供應(yīng)商管理在物資統(tǒng)購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)方面的重要性,通過案例方式,運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP)對(duì)A公司供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行了選擇,并基于集約化理念對(duì)A公司物資管理的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。本文的研究成果將使電力企業(yè)物資供應(yīng)更加規(guī)范,資源配置更加優(yōu)化,為降低成本,提升物資管理水平提供決策依據(jù),具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of energy information economy and the gradual deepening of the electricity reform, electric power enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges hitherto unknown, the implementation of the intensive management of power supplies has become an irresistible trend. Under this background, in order to realize high efficiency and combined with the material demand supply model of the management objectives, material order system construction based on the coverage of supply chain to intensive process, and strengthen the supplier management, optimize material management process, to enhance the level of material management, is an important research topic. This paper studies on A material order system construction and supplier selection and process optimization are analyzed firstly in this paper. Domestic and foreign investment in the relevant literature on the intensive management, expounds the material intensive, centralized procurement, electronic commerce management theory, so as to The research laid the foundation; secondly, combined with the actual situation of A company, using the SWOT method of the intensive management status of A Company material set a comprehensive and in-depth analysis; thirdly, according to the A company set problems in material intensive management, discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing material order system, analysis the business process and data flow of material order management, design the overall technical architecture material order system and the overall function of architecture, but also from the main database structure, information integration, input / output, system security and other aspects of the detailed design of the system, and gradually realize the main function of material order system, provide the information necessary for A Electric Power Company material in the smooth implementation of the intensive management; finally, intensive material order system based on full consideration of supplier management in The importance of information and business, through the case, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of A company supplier selection, and intensive concept based on the main business process of material management in A company are optimized. The results of this research will make the electric power enterprise supplies more standardized, more optimal allocation of resources. In order to reduce the cost, provide the basis for decision making to promote the level of material management, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
