【摘要】：B2C模式下的跨境電子商務(wù),是近年來(lái)新興的一種國(guó)際間的零售貿(mào)易模式。從2013年至2015年間,其貿(mào)易量正在大幅增長(zhǎng),在今年國(guó)際貿(mào)易形式和國(guó)內(nèi)政策的刺激下,其增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭還有繼續(xù)放大的趨勢(shì)。與傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易相比較,B2C模式下的跨境電子商務(wù)正在成為新興的貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)方式。然而,國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的物流技術(shù)、設(shè)施和手段,已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足其日益增長(zhǎng)的需求量。對(duì)于經(jīng)營(yíng)B2C模式下跨境電子商務(wù)的企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),升級(jí)現(xiàn)有物流能力、改善現(xiàn)有物流模式,配合跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展,突破發(fā)展瓶頸,已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。本文通過(guò)介紹B2C模式下跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,與對(duì)未來(lái)形勢(shì)的展望,使其物流環(huán)節(jié)未被重視的局限和困境得以披露,從而闡述發(fā)展跨境電商物流的重要意義,也為跨境電商經(jīng)營(yíng)者提出發(fā)展方向和選擇物流模式方案的建議。本文著重介紹和分析了跨境電商的進(jìn)口保稅區(qū)模式與出口海外倉(cāng)模式,同時(shí)結(jié)合一些企業(yè)的成熟物流經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較和總結(jié),可以為跨境電商經(jīng)營(yíng)者在B2C模式下物流解決方案的決策提供參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Cross-border e-commerce B2C mode, is a new international retail trade pattern. From 2013 to 2015, the trade volume is growing, this year in the form of international trade and domestic policy stimulus, the growth momentum and continue to enlarge the trend. Compared with the traditional trade, cross-border electronic B2C business mode is becoming a new trade growth mode. However, the existing domestic logistics technology, facilities and means, has been unable to meet the demand of the growing. For cross-border e-commerce business under the mode of B2C enterprises, upgrade the existing logistics capability, improve the existing logistics mode, with the development of cross-border e-commerce breakthrough. The bottleneck of development, is imminent. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of cross-border e-commerce B2C mode, and the outlook for the future of the situation, the logistics is not paid much attention to the limitations of And the predicament is disclosure, which described the significance of the development of cross-border electricity supplier logistics, and also put forward the development direction of the logistics mode selection scheme is proposed for cross-border electricity supplier operators. This paper mainly introduces and analyses the cross-border electricity import and export bonded warehouse mode overseas model, combined with the experience of some mature logistics enterprises are compared and summarized, can provide a reference for cross-border electricity supplier operators in B2C mode logistics solutions for the decision.
