【摘要】：專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)是我國特色鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)具有顯著的輻射帶動(dòng)作用,新常態(tài)下專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)原有的發(fā)展模式難以為繼,加之電子商務(wù)、智能制造和集散制造等的沖擊,引發(fā)"倒閉潮"現(xiàn)象,唱衰"專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)"成為一種趨勢。文章結(jié)合"世界褲都"—福綿的規(guī)劃研究,運(yùn)用人居環(huán)境科學(xué)理論審視專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展困境,立足需求導(dǎo)向,發(fā)掘?qū)I(yè)鎮(zhèn)在其自組織演化過程中所承載的城鎮(zhèn)社會(huì)功能、生態(tài)功能與文化功能等,提出規(guī)劃響應(yīng)策略,推動(dòng)專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)重組發(fā)展模式、重振產(chǎn)業(yè)活力、重塑文化魅力、重構(gòu)空間形態(tài)、重建支撐體系或政策保障機(jī)制等,實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)的復(fù)興發(fā)展或"二次創(chuàng)業(yè)"。
[Abstract]:The specialized town is the economic development mode of the township with Chinese characteristics, which has a remarkable radiation driving effect on the local economic development and the small town construction. The original development mode of the specialized town is difficult to continue under the new normal, and the electronic commerce is added.With the impact of intelligent manufacturing and distributed manufacturing, the phenomenon of "closing down tide" has become a trend.Combined with the planning research of "the world's pants capital"-Fumian, this paper applies the scientific theory of human settlement environment to examine the development predicament of the specialized town, based on the demand orientation, and to explore the social function of the specialized town in the process of its self-organization and evolution.The ecological function and cultural function, etc., put forward the planning response strategy, promote the professional town reorganization and development model, revive the industry vitality, reshape the cultural charm, reconstruct the space form, rebuild the supporting system or the policy guarantee mechanism, etc.To realize the revival and development of the specialized town or the "second venture".
