【摘要】：以新一代信息技術(shù)為核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力的第四次工業(yè)革命已悄然開始,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在其中則扮演了重要角色。從Web1.0到Web2.0時(shí)代,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展呈急速上升態(tài)勢(shì),而跨境電商作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)頭羊則走在了時(shí)代前列。大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等先進(jìn)技術(shù)的輔助,優(yōu)化了跨境電商的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易操作平臺(tái);政府政策的大力支持尤其是對(duì)跨境電商實(shí)施零售進(jìn)口新稅制,更是為跨境交易進(jìn)一步掃除了障礙。然而,高昂的國(guó)際物流成本以及售后糾紛等問題需要得到足夠的重視。運(yùn)用態(tài)勢(shì)分析法(SWOT),從優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅四個(gè)方面來(lái)分析跨境電商的發(fā)展路徑,從而對(duì)跨境電商有一個(gè)較為全面和清晰的認(rèn)識(shí),同時(shí)為跨境電商更高效的發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)的解決方案。
[Abstract]:The fourth Industrial Revolution, driven by a new generation of information technology, has quietly begun, in which the Internet plays an important role.From the era of Web1.0 to Web2.0, the development of the Internet is rising rapidly, and cross-border e-commerce as the leader in the field of Internet e-commerce is in the forefront of the times.Big data, with the help of cloud computing and other advanced technologies, has optimized the online trading platform for cross-border e-commerce. The strong support of government policies, especially the implementation of a new retail import tax system for cross-border e-commerce, has further cleared the way for cross-border transactions.However, high international logistics costs and after-sale disputes need to be given sufficient attention.By using situation analysis method, this paper analyzes the development path of cross-border e-commerce from four aspects: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, so as to have a more comprehensive and clear understanding of cross-border e-commerce.At the same time for cross-border e-commerce more efficient development to provide the corresponding solution.
