【摘要】：現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)與電子商務(wù)的有效結(jié)合是將來農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要趨勢。內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展還處于起步階段,本論文側(cè)重于對內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題以及發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,并提出實(shí)用性的對策建議,進(jìn)一步提升內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的應(yīng)用水平,促進(jìn)內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的快速健康發(fā)展。本論文的主體內(nèi)容包括3個(gè)部分：(1)內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展概況與存在的問題。首先對目前內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了大致的論述和說明,然后歸納總結(jié)出現(xiàn)階段存在的問題。(2)內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展環(huán)境分析。這部分是本研究的核心部分,從區(qū)位環(huán)境、交通環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、人才支撐四個(gè)方面對當(dāng)前內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了相對詳盡的分析,以期對制定內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供一個(gè)有價(jià)值的參考意見。(3)內(nèi)江市農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的對策建議。通過前面的分析,提出了內(nèi)江市發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的對策建議。一要構(gòu)建目標(biāo)體系；二要構(gòu)建平臺(tái)體系；三要構(gòu)建支撐體系；四要構(gòu)建示范體系；五要構(gòu)建保障體系。
[Abstract]:The effective combination of modern agriculture and electronic commerce is an important trend of agricultural development in the future. The development of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City is still in its infancy. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation, existing problems and development environment of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City, and puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the application level of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City. To promote the rapid and healthy development of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang city. The main content of this paper includes three parts: 1) the general situation and existing problems of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang city. First, the development of agricultural e-commerce in Neijiang city at present. The situation of the exhibition has been discussed and explained in general. Then summarize the problems existing in the emerging stage.) the analysis of the development environment of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City. This part is the core part of this study, from the location environment, traffic environment, industrial basis, The development environment of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City is analyzed in detail in four aspects of talent support. With a view to providing a valuable reference for the development strategy of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City.) the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City. The countermeasures and suggestions of developing agricultural electronic commerce in Neijiang City are put forward. Firstly, the target system should be constructed; secondly, the platform system should be constructed; thirdly, the supporting system should be constructed; fourth, the demonstration system should be constructed; and the guarantee system should be constructed.
