【摘要】：在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代對外貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型升級中應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的跨境電商綜合服務(wù)平臺集貿(mào)易、通關(guān)、物流、結(jié)匯、退稅、金融服務(wù)等功能于一體,已經(jīng)成為跨境貿(mào)易服務(wù)體系的核心。平臺如何在提供創(chuàng)新服務(wù)中發(fā)揮積極作用、如何提高平臺的競爭力,是平臺企業(yè)不可回避的現(xiàn)實問題。借鑒層次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)的基本原理與建模方法來構(gòu)造平臺績效評價的層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型;引用Thomas L.Saaty提出的1-9指標(biāo)模型,構(gòu)造出兩兩判斷矩陣;運(yùn)用AHP軟件的計算和判斷,得出平臺績效評價體系中各個評價指標(biāo)的權(quán)重;運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價法,對世貿(mào)通外貿(mào)服務(wù)平臺開展績效測評;根據(jù)評價結(jié)果得出世貿(mào)通外貿(mào)服務(wù)平臺的績效水平;最后提出提升跨境電商綜合服務(wù)平臺競爭力的建議與策略,為跨境電商綜合服務(wù)平臺提供可持續(xù)發(fā)展的管理對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The cross-border e-commerce integrated service platform, which emerged in the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade in the Internet era, integrates the functions of trade, customs clearance, logistics, foreign exchange settlement, tax refund, financial services, etc. Has become the core of the cross-border trade services system. How does the platform play an active role in providing innovative services and how to improve the competitiveness of the platform, It is an unavoidable practical problem for platform enterprises to construct the hierarchical structure model of platform performance evaluation by referring to the basic principle and modeling method of Analytic Hierarchy process AHP, and using 1-9 index model put forward by Thomas L. Saaty to construct a pairwise judgment matrix. By using the calculation and judgment of AHP software, the weight of each evaluation index in the platform performance evaluation system is obtained, and the performance evaluation of the foreign trade service platform of WTO is carried out by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the evaluation results, the performance level of WTO foreign trade service platform is obtained. Finally, suggestions and strategies to enhance the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce integrated service platform are put forward to provide management countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce integrated service platform.
