【摘要】：本文首先介紹了社交商務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下電子商務(wù)發(fā)展概況以及傳統(tǒng)電子商務(wù)的信任機制、社交電子商務(wù)的信任機制,對比分析社交電商與傳統(tǒng)電商的區(qū)別。然后構(gòu)建社交電子商務(wù)信任傳遞網(wǎng)絡(luò)。最后從服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升、構(gòu)建獎懲機制、商家樹立良好形象和聲譽、建立第三方認(rèn)證機構(gòu)等方面,分析社交商務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下消費者網(wǎng)絡(luò)購買信任保障機制的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the general situation of the development of electronic commerce under the social commerce network environment, the trust mechanism of traditional electronic commerce, the trust mechanism of social electronic commerce, Compare and analyze the difference between social ecommerce and traditional ecommerce, then construct social electronic commerce trust transmission network. Finally, from the aspects of improving service quality, constructing reward and punishment mechanism, setting up good image and reputation, setting up third party certification organization, etc. This paper analyzes the construction of the consumer network purchase trust mechanism under the social commerce network environment.
