【摘要】：伴隨著信息全球化的趨勢,信息資源儼然已經成為戰(zhàn)略性資源,同樣,農業(yè)信息在農業(yè)生產環(huán)節(jié)中成為必不可少的部分。本文重點研究種植業(yè)信息化建設,全面闡述了山東省萊蕪市大王莊鎮(zhèn)種植業(yè)信息化發(fā)展基本情況、存在的問題,并因地制宜地提出對策,期望為當地種植業(yè)經濟發(fā)展和農村進步提供依據。本文劃分為五個部分,第一部分主要論述了該論題研究的背景、目的、方法論及研究的意義,為后續(xù)的研究打好了基礎；第二部分明確了相應的概念,并詮釋了農業(yè)信息化的概念,分析了種植業(yè)信息化對于農業(yè)生產的重要性,即加速傳統(tǒng)種植技術變革;第三部分參照國外的種植業(yè)信息化項目,參考了大量國內外文獻,類比我國目前信息化程度,總結了國外種植業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的一些經驗和建議：政府高度重視,加強調控力度;注重農業(yè)信息化基礎設施建設;找到屬于中國特色的信息化模式;科教研有機結合等。同時,分析研究國內信息化建設的問題,為進一步探究萊蕪市大王莊鎮(zhèn)種植業(yè)信息化建設打好基礎;第四部分詳細描述了萊蕪市大王莊鎮(zhèn)信息化建設的現狀,本文認為,萊蕪市大王莊鎮(zhèn)種植業(yè)信息化發(fā)展情況較為良好,種植業(yè)信息化基礎設施逐步完善,在種植業(yè)信息化進展方面取得了一定成果,并探究了種植業(yè)的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,即逐步優(yōu)化生產條件,結合實地考察,發(fā)現影響其種植業(yè)發(fā)展的原因在于當地政府信息化管理水平不高;缺失相關人才,信息搜集分析能力不足,資金短缺;同時,農民自身文化水平不高,意識不足,信息利用率較低,信息傳遞不暢等。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于目前當地的農業(yè)方面研究成果不多,通過對當地種植業(yè)信息化建設的研究,可為大王莊鎮(zhèn)今后的種植業(yè)發(fā)展方向提供借鑒,促進當地經濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。依據當地存在的種植業(yè)信息化建設問題,提出種植業(yè)信息化架構,并建議萊蕪市大王莊鎮(zhèn)關注以下幾個方面來加大種植業(yè)信息化建設：充分發(fā)揮政府的主導作用;完善信息服務網絡建設;加強種植業(yè)信息人才培養(yǎng);提高對農民信息利用的意識；加大資金投入,力爭做好信息化建設;創(chuàng)新種植業(yè)信息服務方式;大力發(fā)展互聯網+農業(yè)模式,使農業(yè)生產電子商務化;積極推進特色農產品的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the trend of information globalization, information resources have become strategic resources. Similarly, agricultural information has become an essential part in agricultural production. This paper comprehensively expounds the basic situation and existing problems of the informatization development of planting industry in Dawangzhuang Town, Laiwu City, Shandong Province, and puts forward countermeasures according to the local conditions, hoping to provide the basis for the economic development and rural progress of the local planting industry. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly discusses the background, purpose, methodology and significance of the research, laying a good foundation for the follow-up research, the second part clarifies the corresponding concepts, and interprets the concept of agricultural informatization. This paper analyzes the importance of planting informatization to agricultural production, that is, speeding up the transformation of traditional planting technology. The third part refers to the foreign planting informatization projects, referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, and compares the current informatization degree of our country. This paper summarizes some experiences and suggestions on the development of informatization of planting industry abroad: the government attaches great importance to strengthening the regulation and control, pays attention to the construction of agricultural informatization infrastructure, finds the information mode with Chinese characteristics, combines science, education and research, and so on. This paper analyzes and studies the problems of information construction in China, and lays a good foundation for further exploring the informatization construction of planting industry in Dawangzhuang Town, Laiwu City. Part 4th describes in detail the present situation of informatization construction in Dawangzhuang Town of Laiwu City. The information development of planting industry in Dawangzhuang Town of Laiwu City is relatively good, the infrastructure of informatization of planting industry has been gradually improved, and some achievements have been made in the progress of informatization of planting industry, and the advantages of the development of planting industry have been explored. That is, step by step optimization of production conditions, combined with on-the-spot investigation, it is found that the reasons that affect the development of planting industry are that the level of local government information management is not high; the lack of relevant talents, the insufficient ability of information collection and analysis, and the shortage of funds; at the same time, Farmers' own cultural level is not high, awareness is insufficient, information utilization rate is low, information transmission is not smooth and so on. The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that there are not many research achievements in local agriculture at present, and through the research on the informatization construction of local planting industry, It can provide reference for the future development direction of the planting industry in Dawangzhuang Town, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the local economy. According to the problems existing in the informatization construction of the local planting industry, the paper puts forward the information structure of the planting industry. It is suggested that Dawangzhuang Town, Laiwu City, should pay attention to the following aspects: giving full play to the leading role of the government; perfecting the construction of information service network; strengthening the cultivation of information talents; To improve the awareness of farmers' information utilization; to increase the investment of funds and strive to do a good job of information construction; to innovate the planting industry information service mode; to vigorously develop the Internet agricultural model, so as to make agricultural production e-commerce; We will actively promote the development of agricultural products with special characteristics.
