【摘要】:隨著時代的發(fā)展和思想觀念的進(jìn)步,采購管理成為供應(yīng)鏈管理中最具有價值的部分而獲得企業(yè)和學(xué)術(shù)界的重視。電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)給當(dāng)前的時代留下了深深的烙印。傳統(tǒng)的采購模式已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)前企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的需要,此時集中采購模式應(yīng)運而生,成為當(dāng)前電子商務(wù)中的一大亮點。 當(dāng)前大型企業(yè)或者政府單位可以擁有自己的集中采購系統(tǒng),這樣他們可以做到實現(xiàn)規(guī)模效益,節(jié)約采購成本,推進(jìn)采購隊伍的專業(yè)化建設(shè),有利于企業(yè)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。而更多的中小公司對集中采購模式卻是有心無力,但是第三方采購公司它可以為中小企業(yè)提供采購服務(wù),它可以通過接受足夠的訂單,匯總客戶的需求,,通過數(shù)量的優(yōu)勢來獲得供應(yīng)商的折扣。 對于第三方采購公司來說,如何獲得最大的利潤則是他們所要考慮的,當(dāng)面對單種商品需求的情況下,選擇最佳的供應(yīng)商還比較容易,但是面對多種商品需求和多家供應(yīng)商的情況下,如何得到最佳的選擇成為了一個復(fù)雜的問題。由于對于某種商品的各家供應(yīng)商提供的優(yōu)惠條件可能不同,所以得到的結(jié)果更加不確定。此時需要采用一種算法來幫助公司進(jìn)行選擇,從而解決公司的困難。 本文是開發(fā)一個鋼材集中采購平臺,公司通過自己的業(yè)務(wù)活動而獲得訂單,并根據(jù)自己的供應(yīng)商管理和選擇體系進(jìn)行集中采購,在保證供應(yīng)商提供產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量的同時獲得更好的折扣,從而增加自身實力,更好的為客戶進(jìn)行服務(wù)。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用了.NET技術(shù),采用WinForm的開發(fā)框架還有Visual Studio2010開發(fā)工具、SQLServer2005數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件和UML建模工具。在供應(yīng)商選擇階段,利用改進(jìn)的遺傳算法,在多供應(yīng)商多產(chǎn)品組合選擇的問題上為企業(yè)提出一個良好的解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the progress of ideas, Procurement management has become the most valuable part of supply chain management, which has attracted the attention of enterprises and academia. Electronic commerce has left a deep mark on the current era. The traditional procurement model can no longer meet the needs of current enterprises. The need for survival and development of the industry, At this time, the centralized procurement model emerged as the times require, becoming a bright spot in the current electronic commerce. At present, large enterprises or government units can have their own centralized procurement systems, so that they can achieve economies of scale, save procurement costs, and promote the professionalization of procurement teams. While more small and medium-sized companies are powerless on the centralized procurement model, third-party procurement companies can provide procurement services to small and medium-sized enterprises by accepting sufficient orders. Aggregate customer needs and obtain supplier discounts through quantitative advantages. For third-party purchasing companies, how to make the most profit is what they have to consider, and it is easier to choose the best supplier when it comes to the demand for a single commodity. But in the face of multiple commodity demands and multiple suppliers, the question of how to get the best choice becomes a complex one, since the preferential terms offered to each supplier of a commodity may differ. Therefore, the result is more uncertain. An algorithm is needed to help the company choose to solve the company's difficulties. This article is to develop a steel centralized procurement platform, the company through their own business activities to obtain orders, and according to their own supplier management and selection system for centralized procurement, While ensuring the quality of the products, the suppliers can get better discounts, so as to increase their own strength and better serve their customers. The system development adopts .NET technology. Using WinForm development framework, Visual Studio2010 development tool SQL Server 2005 database software and UML modeling tool. In the stage of supplier selection, using improved genetic algorithm, Put forward a good solution to the problem of multi-supplier and multi-product combination selection.
