連鎖快餐企業(yè)的網上訂單分配模型研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術進步和人們工作生活節(jié)奏的加快,快餐業(yè)電子商務蓬勃發(fā)展?觳团渌褪瞧渲械年P鍵問題,目前有分散式和集中式兩種。論文研究背景是一個集養(yǎng)殖、售賣和快餐一體的中式快餐企業(yè),開展電子商務,采用集中式配送模式,由其電子商務中心將網上訂單分配至各快餐門店,再由門店配送給客戶。論文構建了配送成本、配送時間、好評率、門店負荷均衡為目標的多目標優(yōu)化模型,考慮了實體店生產能力限制、配送時間限制、訂單不可重復分配等約束,設計了模糊折中規(guī)劃求解算法。優(yōu)化目標的權重由語言變量的梯形模糊數(shù)來確定。為驗證模型的有效性,在Lingo平臺上進行了仿真試驗。主要討論了以下幾種情況:多目標優(yōu)化的訂單分配,單目標優(yōu)化的訂單分配,道路擁擠時的訂單分配。并分析比較這幾種情況下訂單分配的結果。結合實際背景構建算例驗證所提模型和算法的有效性,發(fā)現(xiàn)多目標優(yōu)化模型的結果好于單目標模型,也考慮了道路擁擠程度對模型的影響。并依據實驗成果給出了對連鎖快餐企業(yè)訂單分配的有效建議,對快餐企業(yè)的經營建設具有一定的引導作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the quickening pace of people's work and life, E-commerce of fast food industry is booming. Fast food distribution is one of the key problems, there are two kinds of distributed and centralized. The Chinese fast food enterprise which sells and fast food integrates develops the electronic commerce, adopts the centralized distribution pattern, distributes the online order to each fast food store by its electronic commerce center, then distributes to the customer by the store. The multi-objective optimization model, which aims at distribution time, praise rate and store load balance, takes into account the constraints of physical store production capacity, distribution time and order distribution, etc. A fuzzy compromise programming algorithm is designed. The weight of the optimization objective is determined by the trapezoidal fuzzy number of language variables. The simulation experiments are carried out on the Lingo platform. The following conditions are discussed: order allocation for multi-objective optimization, order allocation for single-objective optimization, and order allocation for single-objective optimization. The results of order allocation under these conditions are analyzed and compared. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by a practical example, and the results of the multi-objective optimization model are better than that of the single-objective model. The influence of road congestion on the model is also considered, and the effective suggestions for order allocation of fast food chain enterprises are given according to the experimental results, which has a certain guiding effect on the management and construction of fast food enterprises.
