【摘要】：近年來,隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,民用電子商務發(fā)展迅速,企業(yè)電子商務方興未艾。實施電子商務采購是企業(yè)適應經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)、推進改革創(chuàng)新、深化降本增效的現(xiàn)實之需和戰(zhàn)略之舉。本文在研究過程中以開灤能源化工為例,通過案例分析、對比研究、實證分析等方法,深入探討了開灤能源化工股份有限公司的電子商務采購管理問題。在研究過程中,本文主要使用了文獻分析、對比研究與案例分析的研究方法。首先,論文通過對電子商務采購產(chǎn)生背景的分析,明確了電子商務采購的重要意義,回顧了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于電子商務采購的研究進展,同時對電子商務采購相關(guān)理論進行了梳理,這是本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,通過介紹開灤能源化工股份有限公司的基本情況,詳細剖析了開灤能源化工股份有限公司實施電子商務采購管理的目標思路定位、整章建制以及體制整改等推行情況,展示了該公司電子商務采購目前的情況。同時,通過對開灤能源化工股份有限公司實施電子商務采購帶來的經(jīng)濟效益分析,進一步剖析了該公司電子商務采購管理不到位、管理不規(guī)范的問題,如電子商務采購在管理方面還存在著規(guī)模不足、詢價模式不完全公開、供應商競標材料不規(guī)范等,亟待改進完善。最后,針對論文第四章開灤能源化工股份有限公司面臨的電子商務采購管理問題,提出相關(guān)的改進建議,具體包括形成規(guī)�；少�,統(tǒng)一實行公開競價,加強對安全軟件新技術(shù)的開發(fā)應用,提高保證金管理效率,適時應用“供應鏈金融”融資模式,對供應商競標材料規(guī)范性進行約定,自動加強對供應商的優(yōu)化管理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the "Internet plus civilian national strategy, the rapid development of e-commerce, e-commerce enterprises to implement e-commerce procurement is just unfolding. The enterprise to adapt to the new economic norm, promote reform and innovation, further lowering the efficiency of the real needs and strategic move. In the process of research in Kailuan energy chemical industry as an example, through case analysis, comparative study, empirical analysis and other methods, in-depth study of the problem of purchasing management in electronic commerce Kailuan energy chemical Limited by Share Ltd. In the course of the study, this paper mainly uses the literature analysis, study on the research and case analysis method. Firstly, through the analysis of the background of electronic commerce, importance electronic commerce, review the research progress on electronic commerce at home and abroad, and the electronic commerce theory undertook combing, the Is the theoretical basis of this research. Secondly, through the introduction of the basic situation of Kailuan energy chemical Limited by Share Ltd, a detailed analysis of the Kailuan energy chemical Limited by Share Ltd to implement the target positioning ideas of e-commerce procurement management system, the entire chapter formed and rectification push market situation, show the company Electronic commerce at present. Finally, in view of the electronic the fourth chapter business procurement management is facing the problem of Kailuan energy chemical Limited by Share Ltd, is put forward The specific recommendations for improvement, including the formation of large-scale procurement, unified public bidding, strengthen the development and application of the new technology in security software, improve the margin management efficiency, timely application of supply chain finance financing model of supplier bidding material specification agreement, strengthen the automatic optimization management of suppliers.
