【摘要】：全球醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易一體化的背景下,加強(qiáng)與俄羅斯醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易往來,有利于拉動我國出口貿(mào)易增長,促進(jìn)雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)共同發(fā)展。自中國與俄羅斯先后加入WTO以來,雙邊醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易合作快速發(fā)展,貿(mào)易總額不斷增加。然而,當(dāng)前中國與俄羅斯醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易往來中仍存在技術(shù)水平不發(fā)達(dá)、貿(mào)易逆差巨大等問題。由此,文章對中國與俄羅斯醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與障礙進(jìn)行了深入探討,并從打造醫(yī)藥跨境電商平臺、強(qiáng)化醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易政策保障與增加技術(shù)設(shè)備投入等方面,提出了推動雙邊醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易發(fā)展的升級途徑。
[Abstract]:In the context of the integration of global pharmaceutical trade, strengthening the medical trade with Russia is conducive to stimulating the growth of China's export trade and promoting the common development of the bilateral economy. Since China and Russia successively joined the WTO, Bilateral pharmaceutical trade cooperation has developed rapidly and the total volume of trade has been increasing. However, there are still some problems in the current trade between China and Russia, such as the underdevelopment of technology and the huge trade deficit. As a result, This paper discusses the current situation and obstacles of the development of pharmaceutical trade between China and Russia, and from the aspects of building the cross-border e-commerce platform of medicine, strengthening the policy guarantee of pharmaceutical trade and increasing the investment of technology and equipment, etc. The upgrading ways to promote the development of bilateral pharmaceutical trade are put forward.
