【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)和信息產(chǎn)業(yè),尤其是計(jì)算機(jī)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)快速發(fā)展之時(shí),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)把人類帶入了一個(gè)全新的信息時(shí)代——電子商務(wù)時(shí)代。但是隨著電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,該領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題也日益凸顯。文章從亞馬遜"盜版門"事件著手,重點(diǎn)分析了電子商務(wù)時(shí)代的網(wǎng)絡(luò)盜版問題、涉及到的著作權(quán)相關(guān)法律、內(nèi)因探討和對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and information industry, especially the computer information network, the Internet has brought mankind into a new information age-the electronic commerce era. But with the development of electronic commerce, The problem of intellectual property in this field is also becoming more and more prominent. This paper focuses on the analysis of network piracy in the era of electronic commerce, including copyright related laws, internal causes and countermeasures.
