承德市鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源豐富,發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ。承德市擁有《旅游資源分類、調(diào)查與評(píng)價(jià)》國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的全部八種旅游資源,其中依托承德滿蒙民族文化優(yōu)勢(shì)的滿族蒙古族風(fēng)情村;依托契丹文化優(yōu)勢(shì)在遼河源打造的契丹風(fēng)情村等特色文化旅游村寨都具有一定的特點(diǎn)和吸引力。此外,還有以磬錘峰、雙塔山為代表的丹霞地貌景觀,以潘家口水庫(kù)為代表的水景風(fēng)光和以霧靈山為依托的動(dòng)植物景觀,豐富的旅游資源為承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。但由于宣傳不利、景區(qū)管理不善、鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)缺乏整體觀念和統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃等原因?qū)е鲁械率兄苓呧l(xiāng)村雖然蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的旅游資源,但目前被游客所熟知的僅木蘭圍場(chǎng)、金山嶺長(zhǎng)城周邊村寨、霧靈山景區(qū)及周邊民居等10余處景觀,大部分旅游資源知名度小、利用率較低。但隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來(lái),電子商務(wù)的出現(xiàn)恰恰能夠解決承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中的出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題。論文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述并對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展情況和使用人群進(jìn)行了分析,明確了承德市目前已經(jīng)具備發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)的基礎(chǔ),然后對(duì)承德市鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展止步不前的原因進(jìn)行了分析,得出實(shí)施承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)可以解決承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游中存在的景點(diǎn)知名度低、管理不善等問(wèn)題。其次通過(guò)調(diào)研對(duì)承德市現(xiàn)有鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,包括與旅游平臺(tái)的合作情況、已經(jīng)存在的旅游電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行了分析,指出承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了相關(guān)建議。接下來(lái)論文根據(jù)以上的建議構(gòu)建了符合承德市鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源特點(diǎn)的電子商務(wù)平臺(tái),包括平臺(tái)主要的功能模塊構(gòu)建方案,旅游終端設(shè)施建設(shè)方案以及鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)軟件構(gòu)建方案。除此之外還對(duì)該平臺(tái)運(yùn)作產(chǎn)生的主要費(fèi)用和運(yùn)行模式進(jìn)行了分析。論文最后利用該旅游電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建方案結(jié)合承德市興隆縣旅游資源特征對(duì)興隆縣現(xiàn)有鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)體系進(jìn)行了改造,提出改善興隆縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)的方案。據(jù)此,本文提出承德市鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)體系的建設(shè)需要在包括“旅游門戶網(wǎng)站”、“云計(jì)算”、“旅游大數(shù)據(jù)”等幾方面開(kāi)展以下幾方面的工作:1.建立承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)。利用云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)等技術(shù)搭建承德鄉(xiāng)村旅游平臺(tái),通過(guò)平臺(tái)管理整個(gè)承德市的鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源、企業(yè)資源、游客信息,并利用宣傳媒體對(duì)該平臺(tái)進(jìn)行推廣。2.建立鄉(xiāng)村旅游終端系統(tǒng)。除了電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)還需在各旅游景點(diǎn)建立自動(dòng)售票、LED廣告牌等硬件終端,輔助電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)對(duì)旅游景點(diǎn)進(jìn)行推廣宣傳。3.建立游客自主購(gòu)票系統(tǒng)。方便廣大游客在線或利用旅游終端進(jìn)行購(gòu)票,增加旅游企業(yè)管理效率,提高游客滿意度。4.在鄉(xiāng)村旅游中的應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)。僅僅有客戶使用平臺(tái)是不夠的,需要對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游景點(diǎn)及客戶信息進(jìn)行分析匯總,為企業(yè)提供最佳的管理策略,為客戶提供最優(yōu)的旅游線路,這都需要應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)和云計(jì)算技術(shù)。

Secondly, through the investigation on the existing village in Chengde City The status quo of tourism e-commerce, including cooperation and tourism platform, existing tourism e-commerce system are analyzed, pointed out the existence of Chengde rural tourism e-commerce development problems, and puts forward related suggestions. Then according to the above suggestions to build e-commerce platform in line with the characteristics of rural tourism resources in Chengde city.
