【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)和電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,實(shí)踐工作在不斷的得到深入,移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)的市場在應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域具有著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿。由于移?dòng)電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用有因不受時(shí)間與空間限制的特點(diǎn)而成為全世界企業(yè)或公司各項(xiàng)追逐開發(fā)的熱點(diǎn),正在逐漸取代現(xiàn)有的以固定網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的電子商務(wù),很快就要成為此領(lǐng)域主流發(fā)展模式之一。本文較為系統(tǒng)和全面地研究了移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)因素,探討了移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展中存在的問題和商務(wù)應(yīng)用,以期為未來移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展提供一點(diǎn)參考。 本文的研究首先分析了國內(nèi)外移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,,從黑龍江品正科技有限公司的發(fā)展沿革,進(jìn)行主營業(yè)務(wù)的介紹。并且從多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了發(fā)展環(huán)境分析。其次,從移動(dòng)支付面臨的問題、營銷管理存在的問題、客戶關(guān)系管理中存在的問題和面臨的社會(huì)法律問題等方面對黑龍江品正科技有限公司移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展中的問題進(jìn)行了剖析。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況分別提出移動(dòng)支付發(fā)展的建議、加強(qiáng)營銷工作的管理、加強(qiáng)顧客發(fā)展策略和完善社會(huì)法律方面做出了黑龍江品正科技有限公司發(fā)展的對策與建議。為黑龍江品正科技有限公司發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí),通過本文的分析與實(shí)踐以期為類似的移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展、開辟更大市場、提高自身的競爭力、增加客戶滿意度和忠誠度等方面提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern mobile communication technology and e-commerce platform construction, the practical work has been continuously deepened. The market of mobile electronic commerce has great development potential in the application field. Because of the characteristics of the mobile electronic commerce application which is not limited by time and space, it has become the hot spot that enterprises or companies all over the world pursue and develop. Is gradually replacing the existing fixed network-based e-commerce, which will soon become one of the mainstream development models in this field. This paper discusses the problems existing in the development of mobile e-commerce and its commercial applications in order to provide some references for the development of mobile e-commerce in the future. This paper first analyzes the development of domestic and foreign mobile electronic commerce, from the development of Heilongjiang Pinzheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to introduce the main business, and from a variety of aspects of the development environment analysis. From the problems of mobile payment, the problems of marketing management, This paper analyzes the problems in the development of mobile electronic commerce in Heilongjiang Pin-Zheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd., from the aspects of the problems existing in customer relationship management and the social and legal problems faced by them. According to the actual situation, separately put forward the suggestion of mobile payment development, strengthen the management of marketing work, In terms of strengthening customer development strategy and perfecting social law, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Heilongjiang Pinzheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd are put forward in order to lay a solid foundation for the development of Heilongjiang Pinzheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd., at the same time, Through the analysis and practice of this paper, the author hopes to provide a reference for the further development of similar mobile e-commerce enterprises, opening up a larger market, improving their own competitiveness, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and so on.
